After the demise of Gauge Design Japan, owner George Takei planning a come back this April with his new brand George Spirits. Since his former company fell apart he has secured a job as lead designer and president of George Spirits a subsidiary of the huge Japanese construction company named Landcom. He is now reinventing some of his most popular designs from the past. The new GS putters are 3 piece forged putters with a face of 1005, and and body's made of 1020. This time he is coming back with, Drivers, Irons, Wedges, almost a dozen new putters along with some killer FW's and Hybrids. Here is just a sneak peak of what is soon to come. I am expecting 1st gen stuff to be pretty good but knowing him and his design skills he will go all out for 2nd gen product and so on. Maybe he should just change the name of the company to Sulu? It could work. Might be better than George Spirits. Club looks good but that name's got to go. No offense.
