Lennie
Against my better judgement I purchased a Japanese market golf bag from "another" Japanese internet retailer. My item arrived in the US over a week ago via EMI (Express Mail International), and according to the USPS website is still in customs today. As I understand it, I have no way of finding out any information on my item other than what's available on the USPS website (basically nothing) and may wait up to a month before my item is released. I have never, never had this issue with anything I've purchased through my good friends here at TSG. After this experience, I can assure you that I will never again to to a retailer other than TSG to purchase Japan market golf goods. In the meantime, anyone have any advice other than just simply waiting it out? Edited February 2, 2010 by Lennie

Spoon
if it was shipped from japan then you can check postjapan and check tracking in their ems site. they are more reliable. fwiw, i never had a problem from tsg, then again tsg is one of the only retailers i use for jdm exotica:)
Goodsie
Advice... stick with your good friends (^_^). In the end your good friends will take care of you. (^_^)You pretty much have to wait it out. TSG wins, hands down. Very dependable, responsive to your needs and they will go that extra mile to find those hard to find items for you. I trust TSG and I send them big $$$$ with complete confidence. FYI....Lately, though...the US Customs apparently has changed the "Value" rate charged for Foreign Imports as the last few shipments received here have had an extra charge that the Postmaster must collect for the US Customs. When this has happened, you have to pay an extra Postal Fee for the PO's handling of this collection for the US Customs Department. Mind you, this is not TSG's fault but a change in the US Customs value rate.

driverhead
The Yamaha D201 SDriver I ordered from TSG took 3 weeks to clear customs in late DEC Jan. However the V201 came on time in4 days. Trouble is we just had over 30 inches of snow in DC and arctic air coming in for the next 2 weeks. I cant see a golf course open till late march if that unless we get a warm rain.
