Posted October 13, 201212 yr Second Ramsay restaurant I've been to. The first in London was just so so. In Vegas his new one Steak was off the hook. Decor, Service, and Food was excellent. Highly Recommend if your in LV! Sonoma Farms Foie Gras - pan seared foie gras, Harry's Berries strawberry jam, English muffin, home made bacon bits. Maine Lobster - chorizo stuffed Maine lobster, butter poached and brandied lobster cream sauce, sweet corn. 3 of our favorite sides here - fingerling potatoes, fire roasted corn, and mac & cheese. roasted beef wellington - glazed root vegetables, potato puree, red wine demi-glace. American Kobe Steak - Rib Cap with a BMS #10 rating ordered RARE + Sticky Toffee Pudding - sweet pudding cake, brown sugar toffee, brown butter ice cream

October 16, 201212 yr great presentation..... thats a top looking meal... weve got a ramsay here in tokyo.. at the conrad hotel. its good but really expensive
