Love the egg ute. Finally a time to replace 3+ and 4+.

I added the egg Utility face profile and address pic to the first post... its like a driving iron with no offset but a huge ass sole and rounded leading edge.

What's the sound/feel of these like? Any idea yet?

Looks interesting. Not having tried any versions, I'm curious. Can any of you compare it to, say, the Ryoma F3 (which i did not like) or the S-Yard XV 3-wd (which I do like)? Thanks.

The old Egg FW is much easier to hit from any lie then the Syard XV-3. The XV is easier to hit from the tee box and has a lower ball flight. For me the XV is longer then the Egg but the Egg is easier to hit. I am interested in trying the new 15 Degree Egg.

The EGG Utilities and FW have been a part of my bag rotation longer than any other club. These are now at the top of my want list.

Only issue I had with the 2nd gen and HD eggs were the sound.

It had sort of a hollow sound. If the sound and feel are anything like the RC Proto fwy

I just got, then I am in for a 16.5 deg.

So Fubuki's are the only custom option? or can we order with other custom shaft choices?

What lofts do the new Utes come in? PRGR and me just seem to get along so well, every single time I've hit a club from Pro Gear, I've loved it, and I think I'm one of the few who haven't hit an EGG FW, with the new deeper faces it might be time for me to try one....
