mpuk
Hi all, Iomic Sticky is my grip of choice although interested to hear your thoughts about what is the softest feeling grip out there ? Sticky has a new Square grip out and Elite Grips Y360 look cool. Thanks in advance Matthew
chiromikey
Not many like them but nothing is softer than Winn Excels.
Duffer19
Iomic also has the 360 out.
mpuk
Hey chiromikey, Thanks for the heads up on the Winn Excel but god that is one ugly grip. I couldn't play a wrap either. Cheers Matthew
FrankThong
The Gripmaster's Cabretta are the softest grip I've ever come across though I think the Kangaroo, still helluva soft, is more practical.
supo
nowon for sure.. they are like holding a marshmallow
Spoon
iomic stickeis and on1 on same level. also find GP 2g soft. if you have blacksmith hands it won't matter
mpuk
A pal I play with would be happier if his clubs had sand paper rather than the multi compounds he uses but I've never done a real days work so softer the better for me. How do the new 'square' Iomics compare to the stickies ?
Golfbaka
My vote goes to NOWON. The area of your thumb print wears pretty quickly but the rest of the grip holds up really well. I've always hated soft grips until I tried these....
Hutch
+1 on the winn excels, like a sponge...don't last to long though.
Ian-500
The softest I've played is the Golf Pride new for 2014 CP2 Wrap. If you don't like a wrap, then the CP2 Pro should be right up your street.
needmoregolf
nowon for sure.. they are like holding a marshmallow +1 on this. If you're grip is not very light, this will definitely not last long at the usual wear points for your grip. In fact, when it starts to wear/tear, it even looks like the same as a torn apart marshmellow.
mpuk
Anyone able to compare the Iomic Sticky with the new Square Sticky ?
akapur
Nowon are the softest and in my humble opnion the best grips.
mpuk
So the leading grip is the Nowon, tally is as follows; Nowon - 5 Winn Excels - 2 Stickies - 1 CP2 - 1.
chiromikey
Curious...does nowon make midsize?
mpbachman
I don't believe Nowon makes midsize. I think their 50 series is a tad larger than standard, maybe the feel of 1-2 wraps under, just not quiet midsize.

A wrap or 2 should take care of that if midsize is your intent.
shoutout33
nowon for sure.. they are like holding a marshmallow I second Supo's recommendation. On the US side, Lamkin R.E.L. 3Gen.
mpuk
Masda Grips are looking to spoil the Nowon dominance when it comes to soft and tacky. Does anyone have any experience of Masda Grips compared to Nowon and Iomic ?
jonbev78
Is there any difference between no1 48 & 50 in terms of feel, i really want to try these grips or perfect pros. Edited September 5, 2014 by jonbev78
freehb04
The 48 is a little lighter and firmer. I do 6 low 2 high w the 48 and 4 low 1 high w the 50s. The 50s are a bit tackier IMO. I like the very sof, tacky feel of the 50 rnd no1, works well in hot sweaty weather....
