Finally letting this one go

It has taken me 6 months and umpteen drivers to find a combo that beats this, but as luck would have it...

This is in superb condition (minty), very long and forgiving, is a monster with the right shaft :)

Not the original head cover, keeping that but added a new one from another crazy driver.

If you struggle with a fade this is the perfect foil.

Sorry, but posts like this don't help anyone.

There are Aussies who have frequented this site for longer than most without a blemish or a single "bad seller" rating after dozens of transactions.

I have had my fair share of "bad gear" from other international sellers, but deal with these things separately rather than villify and over-generalise/ dump on a whole nation!

There are plenty of honest people on TSG (including many Australians). Let's keep it all respectful for those of us who do the right thing!

Hutchy has been a great to deal with, and have no qualms with what I bought from him. Great person and gear. Australians are getting the wrong end of the brush on this forum. The only thing I have to mention is the cost of postage from Australia !

+1 lets judge each person on their own merits and shortcomings and not generalize on national origins

Yeah, I really think Aussies are cool. Think of Stew. Now he's a real cool guy with lots of knowledge and wits. No more general trash talking about the Downunders, please!

I am not going to justify anything that results in a bad sell/purchase of material here as that should be held at a high regard to keep the forum stable. In regards to folks on this board, it is easy to focus on a sale or mistake without really knowing the full extent of what is going on in their lives that might have led to this mishap. By no means should a buyer get gear they don't expect in condition that isn't expected and every effort should be made to remedy the situation as a seller. I would recommend we focus on the specifics of what happened and less on character assaults or general assumptions that can quickly get out of hand and blow up any situation.

Golf, at times, can seem like life and a lot of us (including myself) have an extreme passion with the sport and its gear, but we don't necessarily know what might or might not be happening in people's lives outside of the sport and gear that could be affecting them and their actions. My .02, keep the peace & support each other.

As an aussie, i am not really offended with the comments. To be truthful I had a chuckle as I thought it was quite clever.

Some allegedly bad deals have been perpetrated by aussies, and unfortunately we have to live with it.
