December 7, 20159 yr Always admired those handmades. How do they play and what's the diff (in shape) BTW them and the NC1?
December 7, 20159 yr Author Thanks daamartin. I never owned the NC1s, however I did see a set at a pro tournament once. I don't think there was a great deal of difference in the shape although others may wish to pipe in. I've played the Studio Hand Made's since 2007, so I really like them. When I hit them in the middle, I think they are about as good as it gets. When I miss them (which is most of the time...LOL) they still tend not to be too far off where I wanted them to go. They are a lot easier to hit than the MP11s they replaced.
December 7, 20159 yr Thanks for this. The old Gauge stuff was brilliant. I have "The One" answer putter and it is as good as it gets too.
December 19, 20159 yr Author Thanks daamartin. George Takei, is a golf club genius, as far as I am concerned.
January 5, 20169 yr I still have my set of gfield nc1 irons. I would thinkk an old search would say the difference between the two models. Edited January 5, 20169 yr by landshark
April 2, 20168 yr Author Never say final on the bag. Jack has recently hit a couple of very poor 5 irons. Nothing wrong with the club, just Jack's swing. There is no doubt that Jack is old and now possibly a little bit gay. Dare I say it Jack has replaced the 5 iron with the 5 hybrid. 40 years ago, Jack used to "nuke" his 1 iron. Can any one recommend a good nursing home for Jack?!?
April 2, 20168 yr Hahaha, I'm contemplating going for a 5 hybrid too, so you're not alone.......whatever makes this game easier right.
