xxio
As incoming Rotary President I visited our sister clubs in Japan. Rotary club of Yokohama-Konan, Rotary Club of Kamakura, and Rotary club of Tatebayashi. 6 days of meetings, golf (18 in Susono Country Club, 9 in Shonan seaside -we got rained out) and FOOD Hatsuyoshi. Lobster was still moving when it got to the table. Edited April 8, 2016 by xxio

xxio
Fantastic Chinese food in Japan. The shrimps were brought in live and were drowned in wine before cooking. Edited April 8, 2016 by xxio

xxio
My daughter and I have a tradition of eating in McD's in every foreign country because each one has something different; bulgogi burger, arabia wrap, etc.. There was nothing different I saw on the Japan menu. Even our "normal" bento box lunches were good. Golf pictures in the next few days. Japan has just finished their chocolate covered fries promotion here in Japan but they also have shrimp burger and half cooked egg in teriyaki burger and the newest release the quadruple big mac. They also have exclusive deserts. one strange tradition is that on Christmas the Japanese eat KFC....
