May 16, 200421 yr Two days ago i sent my two MR-23 9.5 heads to be refinished by Plating Japan, they sent me an E-mail saying it would be 5 -6 weeks because they are busy now and have lots of worked lined up ahead of me. I asked them to send the heads back but then they offered to clean them both up for 12.00 total 8O . sure what the hay and here is how they came back looking. Before: After: I know its not a big difference but it was only 12.00 bucks after shipping back that is only 2.00 and now they are an easy 8.5 condition.
May 16, 200421 yr Nothing wrong with that deal, was also very nice that they offered to do that essentially for free. Cheap way to let you have a good experience with them, I like that.

May 16, 200421 yr Author Actually Plating Japan did this for me. We use a service called Takubin here where I can ship things anywhere in the country in 24 hours for only 10.00. I was able to get them cleaned up for a total cost of 22.00 and that includes shipping both ways.
