gocchin
For those of you considering getting a GF putter from Sasaya-san it can be a daunting task creating your own custom masterpiece. Remember Sasaya can do almost anything. Here are a few examples of his work in the past couple of months, quite a few of these putters were for TSG customers or designed by TSG. When I'm designing Gold's putters I use many of these images for ideas and inspiration. Some may look familiar cause the owners are here on TSG! (7th pic down is Sasaya's new sole logo design)

gocchin
how can i go about ordering this putter? They are all custom designed by the customer so that one is a gold's customer's putter. You can design one just like it or close to it. Just PM me your email and I can give you a design form. xxio
Not a fan of the Cherry Dot request granted on putters. Kinda comes off as "I'm xeroxing a xerox". The putters themselves look great though. The G in the middle changes it up a bit, but still. Can't guys come up with their own original design? Is it that hard to do? Phillip Alexander
Some true masterpieces there. Is anyone using these on the JPA, LJPA, etc??
HULC1105
Any idea on what the prices range from???God Bless Jer Really, sky's the limit with GF putters. You get what you paid for, and it's just so true with GF putters. The finish is better than any SC putters I have seen. Come up with some original designs, no need to be fancy, stock shaft, grip, you are looking at a price within 800bucks. To me, it's the best deal out there. For a one and only putter for yourself, and superb quality, GF is the only way to go. And you can always talk to Chris and ask for a quote. TSG will not disappoint. oukk
One reason, I don't think about getting GF is that .... I'll go through sooooooooooo much pain designing "the perfect one".
Blader-X
Chris or T, can Sasaya change the neck to a goose neck style on his Anser-styles? Definitely thinking that maybe next year after tax time, might be the time to have Sasaya hand craft me a "putter to end all putters"!! TBone
The putters look great, but I want to know who H.M. is? The owner of the wedges! How do those perform?

My budget is $2K Claus, Have you rolled a Yes and a Premium Zone side by side for comparison?? I did, extensively. For me, the Premium Zone insert was better. Seemed more consistant. Comparing them side by side was what made me decide to have the master try and duplicate the PZ insert. Never looked back. But to answer your question I would bet that the Master could make an insert patterend after the C-groove.

But to answer your question I would bet that the Master could make an insert patterend after the C-groove. Hey Jeff, Haven't tried the Premium Zone grooves inserts - but have tried both the TM Rossa AGSI+, YES C-Grooves! and the RIFE Grooves. The TM AGSI+ grooves seems very fragile to me - since the groove area is made from hard plastic, the grooves won't last very well. My Corza Monza grooves began to deteriorate after a short while. The Rife grooves seemed more durable, but didn't like the look and feel of the putter. I actually likes the forged YES! Callie Forged with the C-Grooves pretty much, but the black finish wasn't durable enough and quickly lost the battle to some fertilizer on the putting green. Also the C-Grooves seemed pretty durable actually, as they are sort of engraved into the steel part of the putter head. I just bought the Bettinardi proto type BB8 with F.I.T. face 1.article of 9 made in satin pearl finish in DASS TOUR steel from Todd on TKS Bett Tour putters - and this putter is the best putter I ever tried. Also the FIT face really seems soft and seems to start rolling the ball faster than a normal Bettinardi with normal honeycomb pattern on the putter face. Would like to own two of the best putters you can buy, and surely a Gold's Factory totally custom made from start to finish must be up there along with a Bettinardi DASS Tour BB8 FIT 1.art of 9 Just would like to also own a true genuine Japan Made hand crafted Gold's Factory putter in BB8/Newport 2/Anser 2 style with some kind of HIGH QUALITY groove insert, which will be VERY durable. How well does the Premium Zone insert makes the ball roll compared to the YES putters ? Is it possible to get a Gold's Factory putter 100% forged from S20c carbon steel ? I'm not a putter HO, just want the two best putters on the planet with the best most simple and elegant design in Newport 2/BB8 design with a plumbers neck. I also see it's only possible to order the Gold's with 34" shaft. I'm 6'4" tall and normal arms and ned my putter in 35" length and 355 gram head. I will address my final order to Chris and/or Gocchin, when Spring 2008 comes Thanks
idrive
I was actually just checking out the grooves on my Golds PZ insert Putter. Looks brand new still with absolutely no sign of wear. I have practiced and played with this Putter extensively. If I had to guess I'd say I've hit 3-4000 Putts??? Just a guess of course but probably not to far off. Scroll down to the bottom of this page http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/index.ph...=24160&st=0 and you can see the Betty I thought might knock the Golds out of the bag... no way, no contest. The Golds is just simply the finest Putter I have ever Putt with. Remember, the Master will make you a Custom Putter.. I don't think length and certainly not head weight, is going to be and issue. Good Luck
