If you're in the market for a new driver and have some cash to spend, make sure you consider this:
It's the first driver/shaft combo i've ever used that really does stand out above everything else. Gary Gooden (Goodsie, on here) might have helped ensure that is does by his proprietary tuning of the club, too.

I would say money is the only reason anyone should not go with this combo. But if you have the dough to spend on it, it's a no brainer man... seriously.

If you're in the market for a new driver and have some cash to spend, make sure you consider this:
Just got to California from Canada a couple weeks ago. Until today, I hadn't hit a ball in over 6 weeks. Quickly... about myself: I'm about 6 3 1/2", 210lbs... about a 10HC. I've always been able to hit the ball a long ways... distance has never been a problem for me. Solid contact, control and not looking like a complete Ape while swinging the club has been, however. I'm a pretty hardcore club junkie/putter junkie, and i've tried pretty much every high-end shaft and driver combo out there. NOTHING... let me repeat - no setup I have ever tried has outshone everything else more than the Crazy CRZ-435 with the Crazy Black 50 shaft. Today was only the second time i've used it and again, it proved to me that how well it performed 6 weeks ago wasn't a fluke. I hit, easily, the longest balls of my life (at a driving range) last time and today was no different. Best of all, it's almost hard not to hit this thing straight. I know these are famous last words in the golfing world but I absolutely can not say enough about this setup. And this is coming from a guy who actually hates the company. Truly! I think the name Crazy is stupid and lame, their graphics and designs suck, they charge a ton for their drivers and don't even include a head-cover with them, their customer service was very slow (in my experience) and they make zippos.... also stupid in my opinion. However, with that being said, you absolutely cannot deny that their products are incredibly good. I was at the SandPiper course in Santa Barbara today and a couple of the guys who work there told me later that I was hitting balls consistently over the 16th fairway (from the range), which they told me is 375yrds plus. Like I said, i've always been long off the tee, very long, but this setup is consistently longer and straighter than anything i've ever used...... and it's not close. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. Thanks to Gocchin at TSG for putting me in the direction of this setup.

RC vs vs. Tourstage 705 driver
I have my eye on the new Tourstage 705 415 ( I believe it is) model. That and the new Yamaha. Right now I have the Crazy.... I absolutely hate the company.... from it's name to it's cheesy graphics, but they make legit legit stuff, unfortunately. That driver and 50T combo is just off the charts. I want something to replace it but the problem is, there just isn't anything............ yet. Quadra Proto 75 and tourstage might be the best challenger..

Matrix Program 95
I really want to try these or the Quadra iron shafts. Probably shouldn't be playing graphite but whatever. Either those or the new KBS Tour Protos.

Never hit a driver as consistently straight and far as this
I would say #1 it's the shaft. The head is great, very forgiving, deep on mis**ts, but this shaft is magical. Gary himself said the 50 and 80T stuff isn't a factor because of..... well if he reads this, he can chime in, but the distance and accuracy best even the P9003X and the Diamanas. I mean, I also flattened my swing (in round) and strengthened my grip but, regardless, i've hit balls solid many times in the past but not nearly as consistently long and straight as with this setup. I would say Shaft and Gary #1, maybe head #2... I mean, this was ridiculous..... I was swinging hard but even the 3 wood I have a 80FW in..... just a missile. Half swings were going 250. And straight. The only other setup I want to try is the upcoming very deep faced looking Tourstage X 705 with the Quadra Proto. I will be selling my Taylormade Superdeep tomorrow, as well as all my other shafts. Never swinging another club without this 80T stuff. The PGA guys need to seriously demo these.

Never hit a driver as consistently straight and far as this
Emailed this to Gary Gooden today, after receiving my Crazy 435 head with the 50T shaft........ "tuned" by Gary, And i'm not even a fan of Crazy, the name, the graphics and definitely their bulls**t upcharge of $100 for a bloody headcover...... but their stuff performs, i'll tell you that right now. " In all honesty, Gary, I have never hit the ball off the tee like I did today. My distances were off the charts. I'm not exaggerating...... these were my top distances today. Yes I tried swinging on a flatter plane, yes I went to a stronger grip, but I don't care. I've tried every major driver out there, and every major shaft and I've never hit the ball consistently straighter and longer than today. 310 317 345 362 385! 321 367 359 326 Only hit two bad shots with the driver off the tee today, two snap hooks. The feel of the head was very nice. Not the nicest ever, but nice enough. The shafts were incredible. As far as this 80T and all that goes, I don't know... but I've never swung anything as explosive and accurate as this combo. Those are the best shafts i've ever swung. Knocks the Diamana and P9003 into 2nd and 3rd place. Seriously. This setup was dead straight, and so long, it was ridiculous. I don't know what kind of pixy dust you sprinkle on those clubs when you tune them but it is LEGIT. Believe me, i'd tell you if I thought the head/shaft/install sucked but none of them did. All three were the best i've ever encountered. Thanks so much. Scored my second lowest round ever today."

FOURTEEN 2010 mt-28 v5 wedges
Read a review on these over at "mygolfspy.com". They give very in depth reviews. Be worth reading. Said it's a good wedge, but nothing outstanding. Not worth the price when you compare it with other, more affordable wedges. I can't agree nor disagree since i've never tried it. Just thought you guys might find the review interesting.

2012 Mercedes Benz CLS Class!
Mjr. D replied to TourSpecGolfer's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearThat's a mean front end. Surprisingly though, the interior looks a little bland for a Mercedes. Usually their interiors are second only to Bentley, Rolls Royce, etc.

BIG Debate going on over at GolfWRX about steel vs graphite in irons
All I know is that the majority of the best players in the world use steel shafts. They're pretty good. Clearly steel isn't inhibiting their game. If I could play anywhere nearly as good as them, I'd be happy.

2012 Land Rover Evoque

BIG Debate going on over at GolfWRX about steel vs graphite in irons
Thought this was an interesting excerpt. I honestly don't know the answer here. Talked to Goodsie on here about it and he believes steel is superior if you can handle the weight.

I'm currently looking for a new hybrid too. Right now I have a Adams Pro Black. It's ok, but the feel is pretty blah/dead. So what's the difference between the 2009 RC TRC and the 2010 SFD III? Also, what's the differences between the brand new Tourstage 2010 X-Ut and the brand new 2010 X-Drive GR Utility? Other's to consider in my opinion Titleist 903 F3 Yamaha Inpres XD UT Taylormade Raylor
