I am looking to sell 2012 Tourstage X-Drive 707 460CC adjustable driver in 9.5 loft. It's shafted with Tour AD BB-6 stiff flex. Length of the driver is 45 inches. Hi, I just got a Callaway Legacy Black driver from a friend from oversea. I notice immediately that there is no serial number on the hosel. I have matching 3 wood and there is a serial number etched on the hosel along with made in Japan mark. I inspected thoroughly and it looks authentic from what I see. I can upload pictures if that's going to help. Can anyone chime in about the serial number presence on Callaway Legacy Black drivers? Thanks! indharbor

There are some scuff marks on the top of the crown as you can see from the pics. Other than that, it's still in good condition. From my best knowledge, face angle is square to 0.5 closed at max. With some patience, you can talk to human from E-bay. Believe it or not. I don't know about feedback but I would guess he can leave whatever he wants to. I can contact E-bay and get it removed under certain conditions but it will depend on what the context would be.

I just got a message from E-Bay that they have decided in my favor. I have the money back in my Paypal account. I guess it was very clear and cut situation even for E-bay guys in my case. The buyer was filing a claim utilizing Buyer protection with opening a dispute item not as described but didn't work for him this time. Instead of responding to the buyer, I have contacted E-bay customer support and talked to number of people about the situation and explained in detail why his claim is false and how he is taking advantage of the buyer protection. Then, I had esclated the claim to E-bay with full written report to let them make the decision instead of trying to work out with the buyer. Immediately after I responded to his email about the return, he opened the dispute so I knew he was not in the mood for communication. You can't expect the seller to be accounted for something he didn't say in the first place. It's simple as that. It's surprising that they have made a decision this quick but I am glad I have won the case. Finally, justice is in place. Thanks all for your opinions.

I know where this is going but I will try my best to fight back. I have had experience with Bay service for last three years while running Bay store for a retail store. If you fight hard, you can get something out of it. I won't let the fool and Bay get away with this easily.
