TourSpec Refinishing
FAQ, Do you have pics of their recent groove work, it was really iffy in the past. Alost of ramping. Didn't effect play but, didn't look that great either.

3 wood shaft advice
For me, I will never play another FW wood without an HK Pro 80. It has a very smooth kick and lots of roll. It really depends on your swing, the Tour AD is a very good shaft and I think maybe better for those with higher swing speeds, like a Pro 95 or 869.

J340 - foamed head or not? refinishing Q
I am satisfied with the work. I think the original color is going to be very hard to match but, it looks like any other Tourstage X-drive or TM head now. If you can verify that your head is not foamed, then you can send it to Jim at CCC, and save a few $$$.

J340 - foamed head or not? refinishing Q
$83.00 including shipping. It doesn't match the original color, it was a lighter blue but, it does look like a TM Black/X -drive color.

J340 - foamed head or not? refinishing Q
I just got my head back from Max, at http://www.golfpsychos.com/Index.htm. I asked Jim, at CCC, and he thought it was foamed. Joe K. says almost all the ones he has seen is not. If you have a dental pick and the J340 head, then you can dig around and see if yours is foamed or not. I hadn't buff the head before taking pics. I don't think you can go wrong with either Max or Jim.

TourSpec Refinishing
I tried to send my J340 to Jim but, he thought it was a foamed head. Joe K. says all the ones he has seen is not. I sent it to golfpsychos and should have it back any day. I'll post pics whenever I get it.

Callaway selling tour clubs
Yep, old news. Its also one of the reasons why Callaway Tour items don't bring that much value. They have some great deals there from time to time.

TM R500 Series Tour Drivers...some questions...
Sounds like an R500 Tour head. Price is really tough to tell. Maybe $300 or less. Ebay would be the best place to check going rate.

Reshafting an xdrive 390
I just had a Tour AD put into mine so, I don't see what the problem would be. Actually, it can be a tricky head to do because the head is foamed and if not done right, could melt/crumble it.

The mis use of the words " Tour" & "Proto
Usually, 1 of X, means first runs. You see ebay auctions all the time of people saying that number 33/350 made Cameron bullseyes. Supposedly anything meant for Tour use is a prototype. Its in their hands for testing and R & D. If its not a regular retail production run, then what is it? Also, the stamping of "Proto", "Tour", or "limited" is just marketing to denote a perceived scarcity of product. This practice is done in alot, if not all markets, besides golf.

TS US Specs - Value
MR-23s are a limitied set and cannot really be compared to Zs. There were a few sets that were on ebay during this last month.

TS US Specs - Value
What are the conditions of the 23s? 8.5/10s seem to be going around $500-$600 (2-P)

Need a SUHWEET 2-IRON.
Why not an FU-T? You can hit it low or high. The Big Bertha 2 iron is also supposed to be pretty good.

Want info on CP-02
You also have to factor in the weight loss of shortening the shaft. That will put the shaft weight into the 60s.....

Scratch Satin 48* w/gripmaster grip-!HiResPics!
The second picture at the top post shows the sole.....I didn't ask for anything special on the PW as far grind or bounce so, it would be the Scratch standard. The wedge head weight was made a little heavy so it can be modified for anyone's taste.

Scratch Satin 48* w/gripmaster grip-!HiResPics!
I don't know for sure. It is pretty heavy cause I did ask for them to be that way so they could be grindded, if needed. They should be 2- flat but, can easily be bent to whatever you need.
