Looking for a Golds Factory Private Stock No 2. With or without mods. I'm about to get mine back from TSG Club Works but want another one too to tinker with. Could be any model based on the PS2.

Hm, interesting. Maybe one of these deserves my Sanki then ?
  9. Those Honmas were nice. 20 years old though now.. Have not hit Honmas since 1999 besides a di that I have now.
  10. Well Stew, that may differ from person to person I think. I used to be a very good iron player, had 13 GIR+ last two years in college, but sucked at putting and chipping. Back then it was easy to play any iron out there, I played Honma 717PP. Now though with 7 rounds per year and a total of 100 balls on the range, per year, not the same ball striker. I still can't stand to look at shovels, but the Yamaha Tourmodel 2009 I got from you a long, long time ago are really nice in the long irons but I would not mind blades for 7-p. Anyways, I wish I could hit my Yonex ezone mb well after not playing for 8 months but it doesn't work that way for me at least. Thus I think combos are awesome, if you can find a good match between the 6 and 7 or wherever you want to draw the line. Often aligning the loft is not enough and the 6 will be 16-18 yards longer than the 7. That is a problem.

They do look great! Are they all closed 1.5° or can they be ordered open?
  12. Used to be mine and before then Romaro's. Fantastic example of one of the nicer Gold's.
  13. Beautiful sticks. GLWS
  14. Not really :-( The Jbeam is plenty high though but perhaps too long for your needs. However, the 5 wood shaft in it will make it straight and not so long if that makes sense.

I have my Gold's PS #2, currently at TSG club works, that I game. Traded my GF001 here a month ago cause I could not get that to work although I loved its looks and all the bling it had done to it. In the "look at only" bag there are 5-6 Tad Moores and then some but probably nothing that will tickle your fancies. I'm building a "cheating putter" for next season. It is a Seemore m3B proto that was cut to 35". It is face balanced, center shafted and has a really heavy shaft and will get a Superstroke. Will probably be great at 6 footers and shorter but horrible on anything above.

    What style is your preferred?
  17. Hi Ian, How about a 15.5° Jbeam BM-TI? It currently has your TiNi in it :-) B

Pretty as can be. Love it when the copper starts to show.
  19. Thank you so much TSG and Chris!! I'' so looking forwards to the Sanki!

I'm looking for a Buchi MT-201 proto wedge in great condition. Head only is preferred. Let me know. B
  21. Are the PXG and Epons the same loft? 10-15 yards seems too much otherwise.
  22. You can also lay your hands on a bottle of merlot at 2400 USD, if it is from Le Pin, or a DRC at several times that price, for 750 ml or grape juice. Some of us value that, others value having a shaft made for your swing, no matter how crappy it is :-)
  23. I've not tried a 7D made for me (or anyone else for that matter) but boy would I want to! I agree that the 1800 version of "based on popular design" is a bit outrageous. The one made for you is something different though!
