extending ultralightweights
I have a 569 to experiment on but it is an R flex. I was wondering if I could tip 1 1/2 off and then extend that 1 1/2" back on. I know 2" i generally safe but I'm worried becuase this is a ultralightweight and the thin shaft walls might be able to handle the extension. Good shafts are hard to find over here so I'm stuck with doing this. What do you think?

Couldn't knock out the MOI
The Eye 2s weren't BeCu. Just plane Eye2s with DGs. Still in the condition Pings stay in. that comes out to around $150 nowadays? The offers I get on my ISI BeNis are ridiculous sometimes. People here don't realize the BeNi/BeCu thing so they think all Pings are around P10-12k. My cousin had the Becu ISIs and he was lucky and actually got to sell his for around P16,000 and that was only 3 to SW. I would be happy to sell for the same and mine are the Nickels and they are 2 to LW. Maybe you know anyone over here.

Couldn't knock out the MOI
I can see how much it is to ship. I figure shipping would be around $80 to $100 and would take 10 to 15 days. They don't get any play right now at all. You can bring me something we can agree on of similar value when you come in in Dec. Noone plays Pings here in the Phil anymore. I had to sell a set of Ping Eye 2s 3 to LW at P8,000 in 8.5/10 condition about a year ago just to make room for the X16s which are falling out of favor fast because of the jacked lofts.

No longer available.
What happened? I might be interested. If shipped over here to me how much less? Can you PM me a list of shafts included. Do you still want the NS Pros?

ALDILA NV65 S versus 757 X
I hope you get what you want. What made me decide to stay with the Six is that I only play once a week and do not practice at all (rather spend time with my daughter). The 757 became too penal on sloppy swings at a 6.2 index that was especially painful on the wallet in my sandbagging sixsome. The R300 Tour/Six is almost point and shoot on draws and straight shots. It tends to balloon a little when I hit a fade/cut which HAD been my bread and butter shot. That being said my R510TP/26.3 is on the way (thanks to you WBC).

ALDILA NV65 S versus 757 X
The 757 is a hard shaft to "load" properly. I think this comes from the low torque. If you can load it properly the 757 is a beast of a shaft. I had one S flex tipped 1 inch at 44.75" in a R300 Tour if I was "off" everything was weak and right. If I was "on" long towering shots that were very predictable. The Fuji Six S flex tipped 1 1/2" inchat 45" I replaced it with is easier to load and thus more "forgiving" but it also seems 10 yards shorter on solid vs solid.

Fake Club Scans...slow loading
They are fast too. I have received email from a "source" with pics of the"China" R7s. He said you could tell right away because of the lousy paint jobs on the shafts. If it was head only you would have a hard time telling except for the misaligned letters/script on the bottom.

Miura vs. Miura
Could be the chrome. I talked a TM rep when the first TM300s came out and over here we had both Made in China and Made in Japan stickers. He "said" they were both forged in Japan/Miura but the "Made in China" ones were chromed in China thats why they might feel a little different. That is a reps story so take it for what its worth. That is why this cheapskate has 300s (US$200 cheaper than the Japan) that are Made in China except for the Forged 300 SW which only came with the Japan set.

New set of forgiving player cb's
I think there might be some confusion in this thread over the MP 27 and the MP 37. The 37 is the blade right? The 27 is the CB?

Fujikura news up date!
It really looks like Mt Makiling in the background. Willy is still somewhere over there hurting his back carrying the bags of the kids. He is supposed to be back in the next few days. I haven't communicated with him for about 2 and a half weeks now. What new toy did he get? I'll guess a fairway wood? He is caught up between fairway woods right now. I keep telling him to go Driver/4/7 instead of Driver/3/5. He hits the driver pretty well and hits it most of the time anyway (can you say getting old) However I am stuck in an equipment rut. I've been playing really well lately. Shooting Mid 70s from the tips. I am now actually scared to "upgrade" my equipment into newer tech for fear I will lose "it" again. I am actually down to 4 complete 14pc sets + about 5 putters and maybe 4 extra wedges. But the Ho is itching really bad.

Joe speaking of avatars. Where is that course? That looks like its in my locale. Mimosa? Luisita? The mountain looks like Mt. Makiling in the background.

1/4" over = 38 inch or 38.25 5 iron?

What's different about a TM J-Spec 200 steel FW wood vs. US
Shafts. I have a 7 wood Japanese spec. Fuji stock shaft(under the grip Fuji sticker) lighter but I would say more stable. Also the steel shaft options are TX90 and NS Pro950fw.
-
TM players paid to use the R7 headcovers and Bag's?
Also whats with all the conforming drivers on the JPGA. I think in all professional tours and low-amatuer events with good fields there has been a "recommendation" since the start of '04 that only conforming drivers be put in play or maybe these guys are just getting ready with a driver just in case they have to play in a major or on the "Tour".

Adding wieght putter-affect "toe flow"?
If I put 10-15 grams of lead down the shaft of a coronado will I be messing with the "toe flow". I scared of deadening the feel as well.

Japanese/Tourstage sets experiences
Ask Chris/TSGolfer. I compare his prices to the local shops (I'm in Asia) and his prices are pretty good because they include shipping to the US. My friend went with the X Blade CBs in he 3,4, and 5 iron to go with his X Blades and MR23 Blades. We will have to wait a long time for feedback though.

Installing pulls from another set
We are exact opposites. I prefer DGs and here in Asia most of the newer sets come with NS pro95. I have a lot of pull outs from iron sets, fairway woods, etc. Plus it is so hard to find DGS300 at a reasonable price. Think US$40 for a single DGS300 iron shaft installed with GP V50!

Killer Blades from Srixion
They were out in Europe about a year and a half ago but I think they probably made like 50 sets because you couldn't find them anywhere except in Bjorn's bag.
