Iron shafts
I have gamed 2 rounds with my Modus 3 , my oh my, starting to love this thing. so stable. launch a bit high but mannnnnn so stable can't say it enough. I thought these would be too heavy and stiff for (coming from GS95) R300 but actually no. So happy with this right now. Thanks Stew for that extra push.

Ryoma V spec + CB 46 Black
Sorry i have to post yet another Ryoma + CB 46 story again. Those that know me i have had the Ryoma for a while now but i was not satisfied with the shaft. It was performing perfectly buy i just needed that little less spin. I had the CB 46 also for a while now but why i did not post till now is because i thought it was only the honeymoon period. But this combo continued to perform again and again. It is safe to say to date it is the most satisfying combo i ever had in a driver. I am driving consistently + Long. I am not a tall guy and i am driving reasonably long. Happy to give heaps of pressure to my playing partners. I was almost getting the CB 46 in 6.2 flex but i am lucky that i got the 6.7 instead. it is even more softer with a better kick compared to my old QFE 55 SR flex. I still love that shaft had it with another driver as a back up. For those wanting to get a Ryoma or a CB 46, i don't think you should consider too much. I have no doubt why the CB 46 won the best shaft for 2010.

Another question for you stew. I bought the NS pro Modus 3 on impulse now i am not sure whether i should use them. I can handle the PX 5.0 no problems. are these way stiffer I have them soft stepped. . Thanks

Bangvoo Premium
I think it was Stew, now he has riden the Crazy bandwagon. BTW 1 question for you. my friend used to game the Fujikura 757. Is this anywhere near the bangvoo 787 . i bet you have played the 757 as well. Thanks mate

They should be all the same.

Crazy vs Ryoma
Trust me Living in Indonesia is even harder to get stuff in. I had the LY and 151 not sure how much difference is the 152. I would say that the RYoma is way easier. I have changed many shafts on my Ryoma starting from TJ 46 by crazy Quadra FE 55 R then the SR then the CB 46 (crazy again) . Don't get me wrong love the FE, i will put it into another head. but the Crazy def has a lower spin heaps of roll for the Ryoma. Sorry i got carried away you were asking about the Ryoma. Def more forgiving and longer than the EPons.

XXIO Premium vs Pro-V1
Thanks for the review Frank. I game the PRO V myself. i think another one that is up to Par with those are the Pentas. a little further than the Pro Vs but equally as nice around the green. I don't need to adjust much from My Pro Vs plus they are cheaper. Maybe you could give that a go. I tried the Z star i think they are a tad heavier than my Pro vs which really is not suitable for my SS i think.

ONOFF Labospec RB247, any opinions?
Good to know that you irons are treating you well R. How is your FW? getting better?

Crazy CB46 Black
I think that the LY are more lighter with stiffer profile. my bad shots are left and apparently most of the other crazy shafts i bought are to eliminate slice. Well should i say that all my balls went all over the place. With the CB black i thought i would not be able to hit it. but apparently as i said its very smooth and my shots are mostly a little draw or straight. Hopefully its not only the honeymoon period, Usually my 7 irons are about 140mtrs but with the Yamaha D steel its about 150 mtrs.

Crazy CB46 Black
After so many trial and errors. Let me list them down. My first crazy LY-01 R2 flex , never worked for me. LY-02 still the same result (better than LY-01 but ....) Tj-46 , 6.2 flex (failed) , I told myself this will be my final experiment on crazy shafts if it is not meant to be , just let it be. To my surprise, THe CB 46 black in 6.7 flex is soft and a pleasant to hit. Actually i would say that it is smoother than my Quadra FE SR flex. Bogeydog confirmed this as well. I will be installing this into my Ryoma. Lets see whether the same result goes for this combo. <div><br></div><div>Can any Crazy expert tell me whether the Crazy 40 and the 50, do they play like the cb 46? </div>

Head-to-Head: Kamui vs Ryoma
i never had the conforming . certainly the Non-conforming are mute and springy. not sure what's yours like.

Head-to-Head: Kamui vs Ryoma
i am bagging the Ryoma atm as certainly i need the consistency rather than bombing my drives everywhere. Singapore still raining all the time. Will be there next week thinking of a game. but not sure whether i should be carrying my bag as the missus would not be happy.

Miura Giken 2006 VS Miura CB 501 VS Epon AF 502
Thanks K, i have bought the 502s and the Miura 501, ditched the 501 as you said its for the better cappers and also bought a Yamaha D steel for trial . I am using 502s pw and 9 and the rest Yamaha. and loving this combo atm. I have taken out my 24* hybrid as the 5 iron is as far as that. B

bettinardi mc- 9 slant neck bb7 SS
Thats made for the Japanese market stew you are right. anything that has a triangle on the bottom and ZABI written on it is for JDM. i have the mallet of the similar model that you are talking about. BB7 studio stock however is not.

Since TSG's inception.....
My Epons first started out from here. I was a reborn begginer when i know this site. all the JDM equipment brought my game to a different level. I cannot remember what i owned since then but my ZR460 and AF701 is the most memorable. NOt forgetting my EMB which can be heard all over the golf course. LOL ohh i miss those days.
