new build going in this. the 194 gram head just didnt work well, the swigng weight is too light , my tempo is off. this has to be built longer, around 46 inch. cant get a swign weight to d2+ without lenghtening the shaft and not prepeared to alter a7* head with foam. results wud be catastophic id imagine htere forget "forrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre" more like "JUUUUUUUUMP" the next test is the shingo spec m6 proto that is built to play 46 .75 inch NO idea hwta thats gonna bring but sensei sid it was a better idea than the stinger, bec its spec built for length. kinda defeats the purpose of having an uber low short driver. confused.......,
  4. hmmm bit of a cross bewteen the kp101 cavity and the yonex blade shape. not keen on the colour and i think the cavity is too busy with all those lines . but , well chiba sans work is alway pretty darn good so i m sure they wud be lovely to hit

well i just did a little test run with thier putters agaisnt he best yamada ( the new ibushi of which theres only one left( due to yamada san is on _semi permant vacation_.........., anyway this thing has a very nice dense but soft feel. lovely balance. and pretty stylish ( not stunning, the yamada ibushi is stunning!) over all tho it felt wonderfull on the face. s20c steel......, so i ordered one customed. will take about a month to get it in hand ive used their grips on utilities and , if u like a smooth but vice like non slip grip these are il magnifico! im getting a set on my idbls nex week, first time ive gone astray from perfect pros in years they are incredible in the wet and humidity. i was staggered how good they were and how differnt. anwyay the putter wil be like this one 360 g x 34 inch x 69* might be a bit of fun
  6. and just liek that................. golf channes l micheal breed comes to the rescue. was wathing him last night and he just happened to have a range lesson (on wedge play) with scott stallings scott says he has a steep decent in to the ball so he gets his wedges 52-56-60 and bends them 50-54-58 to give them less off set and slightly more bounce, they were at 8 but now more like 9 or 10 beceause....................... heres the kicker............... steep decent needs more bounce to keep from digging ,scuffing etc and that dear folks is prob the answer to the riddle. i have a very steep decent. hence the big bounce = consistancy! so says the pro.
  7. video evidence will help withthat id think J. anyway im going back to the bolds for a while till i get resolved
  8. having a hsfta that heavy will make anyting feel light, PRGR heads are traditonally light. every time i get a build to my specs he ahs to work some magic to get he right swing weight, i like to play fws ESPECIALLY, a little shorter. as im not that interested in uber distance. i just want control on tight fairways. so i use heavier shafts .. the GD p9003x nad diamana aliislei 80s,, klais 80 that kinda thing . i find the heads more or less light unless he gels em up. that kinda kills some feel but it really improves the performance for me. the origina lweights are spimply far too light al lround . id think u stick that egg on the chuck and ull have one hell of a 3 wood!
  9. i did some research yesrteday on the net looking at vids of differnt instructors tthoughts everyone............................. i mean everyone has a differnt idea. the one im most closely linked to if i dont get funky is dave pels idea. that resonates most clearly in my thinking but the isssue isnt so much the technique ( well it prob is but..) ,its more the bounce issue, im not having probs with higher bounce wedges. maybe its time to just move along into th high bounce abysss. sigh ..............,TS maru, i loved u so.
  10. il have to ask my builder next time im in there. no idea

  16. Fellas help needed immediatly, im totally lost here I used to, as in till prob mid of last year use low bounce wedges pretty much exclusively I as most know dont mind a wedge experiment or two. How ever this has me totally flumoxed Gamed my all time faves the tourstage x wedge marus for the first time in a while today Bit chilly today ground hard perfect opportunity to bust em back out Well what a total disaster that was i mean it was just horrendous Absolutely no feel for them was flipping them over ,chinking them ,thinning them , h..h..h..h..hosell rocketing them .., it was all hideous, ionly had one set so i had to game them Luckily i didnt need em much on track as i Used the shingo59 mainly in close (geee thats a good flopper for in close ) forgot how good that is...., Anyway it appears ive completely lost my touch for low bouncers Can some one give me a clue as to what cud have gone on? These used to be absolutely automatic. Stone dead Today im not kidding they were totally lost at sea Whats possibly gone wrong bec. I cant go thru that agn it was most disturbing its not like ive not got replacements at the ready ive been hitting the prgr led and syards and fourteens brillinatly I cant risk that agn ,scared the cripes outta Thoughts pls!,!,,!,!,
