  2. Chris have u tried h diamana fubukis ? I hit them a cpl of months back and was pretty amazed by them , they were good. I preferred that to the mci and aerotechs. I hoit the 95s I think and had no isse at all. high landed soft ,went a long way, maybe just a lucky combo I had but id opt for those personally

  4. that's one purrrrrrrrdy looking set up.
  5. I game them most weekends . used them on sat. thye don't feel overly great even isn stiff flex. i was hitting my prgr nabla tour wedges which are so soft its like hitting balls with a cloud and even then they are rather harsh, BUT MY GOD do they deliver the goods. if u don't care about airy fairy touchy feely stuff. but want a higher to kinda mid -mid launch and drop to a spot shots these are excellent. cant get them to sing much in terms of later al movement they are not for bubba on 18 at the masters shots, they are flight control shafts. u hit them back in yr stance and they go LOW and fsat and bite. u hit them upwards inyrstance they'll hit the sun... but they wont go round it. think flight control not lateral control the 125 are similar in orbital movement, but they have a much arc'ier flight, more semi circular . they don't offer the sme drop results the Wv do, they prob go a bit further. I use these in my honma wedges nad LOVE them. but it depends on what u wantt o see in yr flight. im liking the 125s bette at the moent bec they feel slightly nicer (hard to belive I know) but I like to feel t he kick point of a shaft the WV its ahrder to do
  6. mate at that flex only go the same in yr wedgs. or Wv ahrd stepped will feel like iron shavings go the 125x

well iwas hoping hed have it ready for tomorrow but hes snowed under so I wont get to hit it till next weekend. damn it. I always think ill keep to the same set of shafts in all irons but never do bec. that wud just be plain boring. didn't ever used to be an issue bec there was a ravenous crowd of players people willing to try new things. not any more.
  12. a-grind cbs are without doubt the most aggressive cb ive ever seen, they have a micro thin topline. thin/mid but very comapct sole, tiny head, and clump the ball when hit nicely, the cavity muscle is fat but small, making miss hits not so rewarding, flushed shots however are a thing of beauty. these are ONLY for the most consistant strikers of the ball. who want ot move ti around personally .. I don't think I ve seen a better shape CB iron , but u really have to be on yr game., bec these things are aggressive. not he softest heads out there but in terms of player esque, CBs, these are the benchmarks by a country mile!
  13. ive been gaming the prgr egg1 and egg 7 ,they qare BIG but the loft scares the crap outta most people............... all people. I don't think anyone else here has used one. ive hit everything driver wise there is and this has been in my bag for 2 seasons, going on 3 this year, nothing I can see beats it. just choose ur shaft well. its got a big face. the eg1 is 7.5* is NOT a worm burner but it don't hit the sun either. the grandista is another one u cud look at gp3 I think its called.. that's a cannon and big
  14. im a pretty big fan of roddio. always have been. their shafts have always been high on my list of top end shafts I much preferred these to crazy for example. the lastest tataki I rate as good as anything ive hit. but as a resale club they are prob the worst out there.. they are virtually unsellable. getting them to fix that ridiculously stoooooooooooooooooopid hosel is one way they wud increase sales for sure. they make u go to roddio shops to get their tradesman to fix the shafts/ ferrules etc and charge like its the 1990s I absolutely detest using their workers nad have pulled their line bec of it. seriously 70 bucks to swap out a shaft... are u kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. ok im going to get flamed here I know . but seriolusly.., I don't get it...................
  16. thast the other set of shafts I was / am considering. originally thought to go with a low launch shaft ,but then.. no, t go with the flow and match them with high launchers.
  17. both are great , but the mystery will get u higher with more carry. the f14 will be way better of a tee prob not the best choice form the ground ud be better suited with the f16 or f18 from the deck.
  18. C this wud suit your tracks, .. this is a good head.. its very long and pretty easy to hit on yr cloud like grass this wud be a beauty.
  19. ok .., I had a dabble with the heads last night. stuck a shaft In the pw and waggled it vs my prgr idbl and prgr tr500s well they have a tiny bit more offfest than all of those but have a flatter lie , which makes them look fantastic and takes the emphasis of the increased offset. im talking minisucle amount here btw , they certainly aint shovels!!!!! but its noticeable.. flat sole at address (not slightly rounded) , squarer head shape typical of miura with a higher toe makes the sitting ball look like its impossible to miss. the sole is smaller-thinner than the IDBL and well virtually the same as the tr500 the head is larger than and it seems to have at least the same amount of meat in the impact zone but weighted lower id expect these wud launch higher and be more forgiving , prob an easier hit. not sure how dynamic they will be , id imagine these are a lovely easy to play iron with just a hint or workability. im thinking they wud be a great choice for longer thinner tracks where emphasis is palced on accuracy instead of sneakiness. I think ill shaft these with a set of NS 1050x shafts, get them up high and tight , ,keep them very straight. no need to get fancy with these, I gpt plenty of others for that!
