  1. Sorry I did not intend to offend anyone. I thought this was an open forum for discussion. Sorry I really did not consider the price comparison as an insult. I understand everyone is in business to make a profit. Thanks for the info.
  2. My Ryoma vpec adventure is over. For several reasons it did not work out. I currently game a Ping G20 Kiyoshi combo that is solid but just not long enough. Is the Crazy 460 a bomber with forgiveness? Will it handle other shafts or must it be a crazy/crazy combo? An eBay seller has them for $713 plus shipping and I am tempted. Thoughts from real users. Please don't ask about the Ryoma, it still hurts that it was not a match.

I have always had mixed results with my driver on the monitor but this combo gave me solid numbers. 265 to 267 carry with 10 yards of rollout which seemed kind of low. Spin was good for me 2900 to 3200. Good spin for me as I normally struggle with too much back spin. Stock shafts yield over 4300. Not good. I played Saturday and had several 300 yard drives. The Ryoma has a lot to live up to.

I should know by the end of the week. I took my G20 Kiyoshi to a launch monitor today and the stats were solid. Ryoma must out perform or it will be sold.

This should be fun to see. I normally hit my driver too high. I will definitely report back.

The flex is 7.2. This should be just right for me from all the research that I have read in Crazy shafts.

  9. Okay I am new here so please forgive my question if it offends anyone. How do some of you trade out $600 to $1000 shafts so frequently? Are you able to flip with minimal loss or ????
  10. Do you feel like this is the best driver for distance and forgiveness? I really want to believe and pull the trigger but it is a lot of cash for me.
  11. If that is fake, they are getting better and better because there is a lot of attention to detail. Again IF it is fake.
  12. I am looking at Ryoma and Epon 102. How can I get details about this driver?

Great driver here. I am only selling because the SF 2.0 prevents my big miss which is a duck hook. The head is in good shape with normal wear. No bad marks or crown damage. The shaft is awesome. It is a Quadra Fire express in a true stiff flex. It has NOT been tipped. The driver plays at 46 inches. The shaft is very consistent and extremely smooth. If I cannot sell the shaft it is going in the Superfast. The wrench and headcover are included. Club combo is $595 The shaft is for sale at $430 and the head for $165. Prices include shipping in the US 48. You will not regret buying this shaft or club combo. I wish I could keep them both.
  14. This is a Japan only issue Callaway ERC Hot Tour. It is in good shape with normal scuff marks and some face wear. Not bad at all. The shaft is a great Fujikura Rombax stiff. I was tempted to pull the shaft for a 3 wood but need to sell it as is. The grip is a new Winn XI7. Original headcover that has some wear but is in OK shape. $165 shipped and Paypal in the US 48. Overseas will need to contact me first. Thanks.
  15. I purchased this shaft new to put in a Callaway Legacy head. It did not work for me so the head is sold and now the shaft is for sale. It was pulled by a pro. The shaft is over 43 inches in length as the Legacy measured at 45 inches. Shaft looks new and should work great for someone. I dont have a use for it. I just purchased a Ping I15 and the stock shaft is doing the job for me.The grip is a Winn XI7. $175 shipped and Paypal in the US 48.
  16. This is the Japan market Callaway ERC Hot Tour in a 9* loft. It is in good shape but has been played. No sky marks on top. No damage that will distract. Just normal wear. I had this in my bag until today when I purchased a Ping I 15. Going to give the Ping a shot. The Callaway was as long as the ping but I get more roll with the Ping and more carry with the ERC. The shaft is a nice Fujikura Rombax 6V05 in a stiff flex. Great shaft. I was tempted to pull it and try it in another club. Grip is a new Winn XI7. Original headcover included. $185 shipped and Paypal in the US 48.
  17. I have a Callaway Legacy Tour 9.5 degree driver with the awesome Kaiili 60 stiff shaft with a Winn XI7 grip. Club is a real looker. I have been using 8.5 degree drivers and wanted to go all out and try a killer 9.5. Maybe it's my hacker swing but I knew after a few shots that it would not work. I will not say it is way longer than my ERC hot. What I did notice was a better feeling at impact, softer. Club has great contact sound, not overbearingly loud like my Nike STR8. I did not want to keep pounding balls when I knew I could not keep it. I caught a few and it is pretty long. My best was 275 on a par 4 but it was very wet so there was no roll, plug city today. I only went out because I wanted to hit the Legacy. Beautifull club that I wanted to work. $575 shipped in the US 48. Paypal ok and I will pick up the tab. Will post pics soon. Will ship overseas for added charge. Club listed at $1070 with the shaft upgrade.
