  1. I feel the same way as Skipper. The PRGR has great reviews, in fact i havent seen a bad review on that fairway wood. But, the look of it will take some getting used to. If you want a high performance club with a classic look go with the Epon. The PRGR is good for getting the ball up in the air. You may hear it from your buddies at first, then they'll want to buy one for themselves after you smash it past them.
  2. Agree definitley! There's so many of us who took the leap and purchased it. I have only heard good reviews.
  3. Yes, the graphite will increase distance and i think you are a good candidate for them due to your smooth swing and straight shots. Not sure if it will increase them by 1 full club. But, it will definitely increase it some.
  4. Used these with my Epons. Didn't care for them because I need a mid-high trajectory shaft. However, if you need more control in windy areas with a bit more kick than the Dynamic golds these would be nice.
  5. Sup great post! sounds like the 15 would work for me. Sometimes i have trouble hitting the sweet spot on low lofted woods from the fairway. Thanks for the info!
  6. Or you can put the driver on your christmas wish list and get to hit your new driver on Christmas day golf.
  7. The Kamui is the best i've hit. Im sure it is due to the fact that it is custom to exactly what i was fitted to. Find what specs will enhance your swing, and go for it.
  8. that is a nice design. i do have a hard time believing they grind those from the raw wedge form blanks due to their credibility issues in the past.
  9. coops, have you ever compared these to ones with satin finish? I'm wondering if the cooper enhances the feel at impact in any way.
  10. I do see VEGA in the proshop. See this link: VEGA in TSG proshop Tourspecgolfer knows the inside scoop with all brands and knows the guy in charge of Kyeoi. He knows what he's talking about like it or not. Kyeoi manufactures many open model heads. Endo does not. So the Epon brand is a separate entity than Endo. And VEGA is a separate entity than Kyeoi. That is correct, but it is highly likely that the VEGAs are open model because much of Kyeoi's manufacturing is open model based.
  11. I hate to ruin the party, but i tried to purchase this last month and they were limited edition and completely sold out.
  12. I've purchased GD iron shafts singlely. So you should have no prob. I'm sure Tario can help ya with this.
  13. They do have the Utility irons being released. Looks like they are releasing the Driver, Fairway wood, Forged Iron, and UT iron. Royal collection website
  14. I agree. Fourteen makes spectacular wedges...Look and feel. For me the spin feels the same as the non-conforming. Can't really tell a difference most of the time.
  15. You know whoever is buying these are getting freakin ripped off. The greatness of Epon is that is made at Endo....NOT CHINA!
  16. Epon af102 9.5 with Quaddra 75. Amazing combo!
  17. The cavity looks much better in your pictures and all different angles. Offset looks good too, but not sure if i'm 100% sold on the top line.
  18. It seems that if you want the better set of irons to go with the epon 302. But, if you want a club for the brand name that other people fancies for go with the Taylormade (esp. these japan only clubs). But, it all comes down to who the clubs are for....YOU or EVERYONE ELSE??
