I have a set of Nippon Prototype C10's 4 to PW. Also a set of Super Peening Blue 3-PW. Both are excellent shafts if you are looking for low launch/spin and great feel. Both sets are stiff.

Depends on the fit. If the shafts feel a bit loose, use a bit of beads. No need for tight fitting hosels like Miura heads.
