gauge m3 NAL
Sorry to thread jack. I really like this putter also, but I am not a fan of the plumbers neck. Chris, would you reccomend the M2AL+, or the M4AL, or something else? I like this type of mallet look. Also how does the insert compare to one without it? Thanks in advance. Happy Holidays!

** UPDATE ** GFT-FW by G-Field w/REAL PICS!
Great point about the runners on the sole. The sole is pretty funky looking, it reminds me of a Raylor.

Lookin for a new 3 wood, advice? wisdom? anything?
Thanks again for all the imput from everyone. I guess another question would be: is there a steel shaft with a low kick point? or a heavy graphite low kickpoint shaft?

GAS 1 v GAS1 SQBT
Plus which one would you say is more similar to a Vokey? I have always been a big plain chrome Vokey fan, and have the GAS1's, but I am a little concerned about the shredding. I haven't completely worn the black off the face so I can't say for certain about the feel with the GAS1's. I do like how they just stop with not a lot of spin. I am assuming they will spin more when the black wears off.

What Style suits you......
I use an anser style: the One by Gauge Design. But I really like mallets like the Red X. I wasn't a fan of neo mallets until I got the Eldik GDO. I switch between the One and the Eldik, depending on my mood. One is face balanced the other isn't. My stroke is more of an arc than straight back straight through. The Gauge Design milling marks have really got me sold. I am a believer.

Lookin for a new 3 wood, advice? wisdom? anything?
Yeah I have a low kick point shaft in my 904F, the YS-6. But it's probably my swing anyways, and I have a bad case of Wanna-buy-something-new-itis. Thanks to all who responded. Got some interesting choices. Like the Launcher, BB, and the Tourstage X-ST. Have to go try them. Always a fan of the steelhead plus. Tried the Sonartec and Cobras didn't like em too much. Anyone have some info on the X-ST with the NS Pro steel shaft. I like the weight of steel shafted fairway metals. Thanks Again & Happy Holidays Everyone! Thanks for the import advice Plus, as I already used your info to get the NC-1's. Great combo with the 1150's. The XST is intriguing. I might order it up with the NS Pro shaft.

Lookin for a new 3 wood, advice? wisdom? anything?
Looking for a new 3 wood, something that is stupid easy to hit and get into the air. I suddenly cannot hit mine off the deck higher and was in the market for something to cure my club ho fix. Thanks in advance!

Gauge 3RTNC Differences?
The forged series was released before the GDO. The putter with the most pronounced 3RTNC was the original first run of Balde putters. My bad, thanks Chris for the correction Thanks mrzodia and JLB for the input, I knew I wasn't that crazy.

Best wedge shafts and why?
I was wondering what don't you like about the TT wedge flex? I really like it, but am in the process of reshafting to some ns pro 1150's in some backups.

Gauge 3RTNC Differences?
Anyone notice that the 3RTNC on the Eldik GDO is deeper in comparison to the One or Tubu2? It seems to me that the milling marks are deeper and more pronounced with the Eldik GDO; the milling is more prevalent to the touch. I know the Eldik GDO was an earlier version compared to the new Forged series line of putters. Please chime in, even if you think I'm on crack.

Gauge Japan GAS1-SQBT!
Good question. I dig on the dark coloring. Is it a rusting face like the GAS1?

Cool Article from TMAG - Gold R7 Driver!
I know a TM rep I am going to ask him about this driver. It is interesting to see how and where golf clubs have advanced over time, and also what has stayed the same. Thanks Chris.

Thanks Plus for the info. Sorry once again for the thread jack.

scratch wedges vs gauge design jpn
Hey sorry to thread jack here, but I have a bum leg and haven't been able to hit my forged GAS1's. But I didn't know just the face rusts? Thats pretty cool! How do they stop the rest from rusting? I've been only able to putt and all this golf talk is the only thing I got going right now. Thanks again!

The world is a Rainbow! filled with many Tubu's
Thanks Chris for posting the pics. I really like the red, it's cool putters come in different colors rather than just silver/gray or black.

ELDIK Players Help Me Out -- Compare Models
I agree with everything JLB said about the GDO. But I have to add, that although the putter is heel shafted it is face balanced. The face feels soft, but not too soft like an insert and the ball seems to track really well (Currently using a Bridgestone B330S ball). Weighting is a little heavy, but I prefer that. and the shape/size isn't too large or odd. I also like the alignment lines. The 3RTNC face as well as the weighting helps with mis hits. I highly recommend the GDO, but I haven't tried the others.

Gauge Design center shaft mallet
I checked the Gauge Design Japanese site and it says there is a center shaft version, but no pic. http://www.gaugedesign.co.jp/Products/tubu-black-n.htm I would defer to Chris for the final say.

Easier to hit...MP 33 or MP 32
My teaching pro is a Mizuno guy and I've hit all the Mizuno clubs. Everyone I've talked to marvels at the 32's forgiveness and distance. This is despite the difference in lofts, which are minimal, I think 1 degree. It's hard to believe the cut muscle works as much as it does. Give em a try and I am sure you'll be convinced. The MP-32's are definately easier to hit than my 690.CB's and the MP-33's.
