  1. ah ok, do you have any idea what shipping to the UK would cost?
  2. Hi - would you ship to the UK?

Sorry for the late response! I didn't realize I mad a message here. Are you still interested in the irons?

  3. They were indeed. Sold them a few months ago. Beautiful set of irons
  4. Well I just tried my new 2015 On Offs against a set of Miura CB-57 that I also just received at the same time. The Miuras were lovely when struck cleanly but that happened a lot less often than the On Offs. The latter were really eye opening to me how easy they were to hit without being too ugly (the Miura's definitely win the beauty contest though, especially at address). I guess I'm going to have to write the Miura's off as a (really expensive!) mistake as for all their looks it's hard to beat something that just works better for me. If anyone is interested in a set of Miura CB-57s with steelfiber shafts I can put them up in the USD section of the BST. Used once on a range!
  5. Your current set up is getting you 290 yards of carry with a 110mph swing speed.. that's going to be tough to beat!
  6. I kind of like the Crime of Angel driver head!
  7. Is the Crazy head the same head as the JBeam 435 blackout?
  8. Oh don't say that after I finally settled on a non conforming head after a 100 emails with you! ;)
  9. Thanks. Probably not for me then. I am the one golfer left in the world that needs that spin whilst all the manufacturers are busy trying to find new ways of reducing it :)
  10. Is the ZY series considered a players driver only or is it fairly forgiving? I'm trying to figure out where it sits in Jbeam's offerings where the Glorious is at the "easy" end and the 435 at the "players" end. Thanks
  11. Hi I've been fascinated by the Egg range of drivers and fairways for a while and was close to pulling the trigger on the latest models. However I found some of the older models (2013) for very little money online and have ordered them. I realise these are 2 generations old now with there being 2015 and 2016 models now available. Are the ones I've bought any good? They really were cheap (around $100/each unused) so no real harm done if they aren't but I'm hoping I've found a bargain for once ;)
  12. AAAGHH. I don't need these. I wouldn't even be able to play with these. But I can't stop looking!..
  13. If my irons have traditional lofts ending with a PW at 47* or 48* then I play 52*, 56* and 60* If I have a set with stronger lofts ending in 45* PW then I play 50*, 54* and 58* In both cases the highest loft is the used club in my bag. Playing in the UK I've always played more running chips than throwing it straight at the flag. The lob wedges are really only for when there's a bunker or small tree between me and the green and are never full shots
  14. I'd be interested too. Particularly in the fairways
  15. That's interesting although the lack of 46* wedge sales is likely due to PW included in iron sets at 45-47*
  16. Got to agree with this. I've never lagged putts from distance so well as I can with my KM-350. It's like nothing I've experienced before. One problem is I don't find it that easy to aim for shorter putts and have even considered carrying 2 putters as I'm not prepared to give up the long putt benefits!
  17. Thanks guys Forgot this thread was still here. I actually now have a Yamada Shogun that I just refurbed so am going to stick with that for a while. Thanks anyway
  18. Selling this new, still in plastic. Picked it up on these forums recently and although its every bit as great as its supposed to be, the full shaft offset doesn't suit my eye. Paid £350 ($535) so will sell for the same plus shipping.
  19. Im having a yamada shogun refinished by BOS Golf for $100. Are you considering selling the kamakura?
