  1. Machine doing work for Bobby Jones...interesting. They certainly make nice stuff.
  2. Prices are shipped to US. I'm happy to ship internationally for incremental shipping cost. Quadra Fire Express Max WBQ 65S. This shaft is currently attached to a Baldo VT311 head. It has never been pulled (still has the Baldo ferrule). I'm planning on keeping the head, but do reach out if you want the combo. Currently plays at 45". It has very few swings on it and it's condition is pretty much perfect. $old Tourstage MR-23 53*/8* head. The classic in excellent condition. $95. Yonex Ezone 56*/12* head. Great wedge with versatile grind. $65.
  3. Prices are shipped to US. Happy to ship internationally for incremental shipping. Miura MB-5000WC wedges.. 52* and 57*. Condition is good. Grooves are good and sharp. $old. Speeder 661 Stiff shaft. Barely used in an S-Yard T.388. Played at 45.25"; butt trimmed only - raw length of 43 15/16". Professionally pulled by a top custom shop. $old. Shimada utility shaft, Stiff. Appears new. 38 3/4"; .370 tip. $old.
  4. Also need to have user name in the picture. Some pictures with the whole set would probably help you cause.
  5. Man, I wish that Muso was a S.
  6. Very well-made stuff. I'm gaming a VT311 currently and like it a lot. Sound/feel, to me, is similar to a steel fairway wood, which I like. I had an 8C Craft Trajectory 01 (400cc) for a bit and liked that, too. It's feel/sound was softer; also nice, but I prefer the size and shape of the VT311 (385cc).
  7. And I believe that milling pattern originated with Gene Nead. Talk about a putter maker! Too bad he doesn't really produce anymore.
  8. I don't think I'd say fake since it's not trying to put itself forward as Modart. Good point, though, they are different - forged/CNC vs billet CNC. The question is do we definitively know who came first? It sure seems one copied the other.
  9. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... Who copied whom? Or are they related? Or is the use of blanks way more prevalent than we think? These would be pretty specific blanks, though.
  10. Probably depends on where you're located, but I'd probably get a new one if you can. That way you'll match the finish properly. If not, I can look into it for you.
  11. Oh, man! Only thing I think can fix that is someone good with a welder and grinding wheel. Will require stripping and re-plating of course.
  12. Nice to hear from you, T. Since you won't be in the forum as much, is your email still the same in case people want to say hi or, in the case of those in Japan, get together like supo says?
  13. Good to hear. Thanks for the update.
  14. They're nice. There's something I really like about the address pic.
  15. Hey guys, I was wasn't following too closely at the time Tario went on his vacation/sabbatical, so I don't recall when he planned to return. I didn't think it was this long, though, so I'm hoping he's ok. Chris, for the benefit of those who are wondering/hoping the same thing, can you put our minds at ease? Thanks.
  16. Chris, to your point, many do forge and then mill. My beloved Miura is made that way, and I believe Epon does the same.
  17. Most of the custom makers I know of mill from the billet. This is nice looking and in a similar neighborhood, price-wise, to the custom putter makers. With this, you don't get the made-for-you aspect, but there are probably only 12-15 or so makers that do truly custom anyway. For instance, as far as I know, Bettinardi's customs only allow for modification of stamping, sight lines, etc, whereas the truly custom makers will create anything you want. Again, this is nice. I especially like the finish.
