  1. I moved on to some custom putters and actually sold that Miura with hickory. However, I have two more of those KM-350 and two more hickory shafts. :) I really like the hickory shaft. The one you're looking at is pretty pricey, but since it's only one club, not too bad ultimately.
  2. Here's a whole thread: http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/38482-no-balls-about-it/page-5#entry241397
  3. I'm pretty happy with the Snell so far after a couple rounds.
  4. That's very true of the sandy soils. When I was in Arizona and NC, my clubs wear a fair amount even though I clean after every shot (on the range, too). In the Northeast, my stuff stays beautiful forever.
  5. This is one of my favorite putters. Perhaps the price is trying to reflect that it's out of production, but...
  6. I don't have any at the moment believe it or not. I'm planning on rectifying that soon, though.
  7. Thanks for this, Stew. This one's been on my radar for a while. I like the idea of the V sole a lot and it performs great on the new Hogans. Low flight and dull feel, though, I don't know...
  8. Nob, was your Masda V-430 an X flex or did you have head only? I think this could fit the bill all around. I think it's the best head nobody knows about. I love mine and find their shafts great.
  9. I believe those are your pics, D, but everybody who looked assumed they were the company's. Nice work!
  10. I picked up a dozen Snell but haven't played them yet.
  11. Funny enough, I'm generally a keeper type of guy - try plenty, find what works, and stick with it - but I haven't gotten much beyond step 1.5 since I got into JDM. My absolute keepers are my Xenon handmade putters. I'm long over due for a post about these, but they're fantastic. I'll do the post before long. Other than that, my Masda blades probably won't go anywhere and, most likely, my Miura baby blades. My Kenneth Smith blades probably get handed down to my kids.
  12. All of this talk about Yururi is making me want to shaft up my raw Vega...
  13. C, if I didn't also favor smaller heads, I'd do that in a minute. Everything I've tried by Masda is tops.
  14. Miura gone. Only the Vega left...kinda shocked these are still here.
  15. This highlights what I like about the new Hogans...just loft numbers, no iron numbers. Of course, lengths are still a decision.
  16. Masda...still a brilliant little-known secret...
  17. It can be added after building. Tip weights are put in place before shafts are glued.
  18. Those are awfully pretty aren't they?
  19. I'm slowly accumulating enough to do my own. I still need the loft/lie machine and swing weight scale (biggest investments). My builder is so good, though, and reasonably priced. . Spine aligning shafts (not pureing) is pretty easy. You're sure to find a YouTube video on it.
  20. GD Hybrid sold. Let's get some offers going on the iron sets. If you saw the recent thread about this Fourteen set, you know they're one of the softest out there. And the Miuras, well, they are Miuras. I won't cry if the Vega stay with me.
  21. It's a shame people don't know how good this head is.
