  1. I hit a friends 302's on the range and did the same thing, had some in the mail next day. That was ~2 years ago and I haven't taken them out yet! Looks like a fun round.
  2. I've been checking back constantly. Missed out on the putters, snagged a beautiful set of irons. I don't know the history but it's clear Tae likes to hoard some pretty nice gear!
  3. What 4 iron is in the front of the bag? Looks really long heel/toe.
  4. For 200 you should be letting us know if the sole was too wide.
  5. I've heard Nippon only iron shaft company where all those things you mentioned aren't worth doing, super tight tolerance.
  6. In for more pics, these look good.
  7. Yea that's why I mentioned it. I'd think FL or AZ and copper anything would be out of the question but here it might be ok.
  8. I probably play 5 days a week most weeks. 125 was on the low side haha. My club has two courses, we generally head to the emptier of the two and get around in 3 hours and head back to work. Gotten me in the + range for the first time ever. Back to the question at hand, I love my 302's and want to trick out a beater set. What would you recommend Chris or anyone that's done a TSG refinish? I just don't want to wear through them in a year. I wouldn't be beating balls with them at all, just normal play.
  9. 8 month season too!
  10. Where should we talk about the TSG finishes? I want to walk through getting a set of 302's done, I'm searching for some worn heads now. Thinking copper is a must, there were a couple different layer options right? What would you recommend for a set that's going to see 125 rounds a year in Midwest US conditions which are not hard on clubs for the most part.
  11. With the price of used clubs where it's at now have you looked into the tourspec refinish? I'm going to do a double copper or copper under something else when my satin set wears out. You could possibly do that and have an unhit set for the same price as coppers.
  12. Good to hear, don't chip with gap wedge so spin might not be a bad thing actually. A few years back I hit the wedges and 302s frequently at a nearby store and they were so good, I eventually ended up grabbing a set of irons and now I'm kicking myself for not looking for the wedge sooner. I should probably snag a 56 too if I can find one, locally I can borrow the Miura and have an on course shootout. Editing thread title again haha!
  13. Bump, has anyone else gotten refinishes done lately? On my list for next offseason.
  14. Still looking, thanks
  15. Gotcha, your actually playing with the same bounce as the 50* has less than the 52* before bending.
  16. Edited back to 210 only and added 56*. My seasons about to start let's make a deal.
  17. 302's wouldn't be a bad option. Might lose a little distance. I do feel like they give feedback while also being extremely forgiving for a CB. Your already familiar with the leading edge grind and its versatile like you want. I'm ~105 with the driver and wouldn't mind finding a 4 iron 503, you play 5-pw? Sorry can't compare the others but figured I'd chime in with a 302 review.
