Calling Epon. !.....Wouldn't these be a nice set if Re-released with modern offset and build techniques. I really like the long narrow shape with the elegant back shape. Simple Epon symbol.....P4 ? Or a whole new line.... T1

It’s a nice looking Driver. Good price. What’s the driver you prefer? GLWS
  15. Yes Bjorn, sorry bud.... Dean is right. Its 9.5. It would look great with a set of P3s or any Epon set up really.
  16. Very tidy driver combo here. Long low/Mid bullets. It’s too good for me. A beast of a driver combo. Looks very nice with all Black/Gold. Mint Condition. Epon Zero Kai….Crazy CB 46 S Flex 45.5” $480 + International Post Free Delivery in Australia.

That's good distance and yes its all carry with the Max Q.... I'm am a big fan. I always have a couple of them laying around for something new. For me, this shaft is the std I judge everything else by.

Yep that's exactly it Dave. Feel is very Epon but higher pitched sound. Sound is part of feel I believe but in this case the 2 are definitely not related. Maybe its what we have tuned ourselves in to with modern drivers that makes it stand out with a different pitch.

    #2 Epon Technica 380 10*….Fire Express Max WBQ 65 S 45” Feel - 5 Sound - 3 Distance - 4 Dispersion - 3 Look at address - 5 Most fun of my top 5, better than the T388 for me. Highly workable. Loves a high draw.
  20. Just buy new from a dealer is the easy answer.

Never used the Messenger but hear it’s stout. If you like 70g shafts the Phantom is a great shaft.

Good question mate but one I can’t answer. Just too many good JDM shafts. I haven’t used a U.S. shaft for a long time. I can say the Aura plays true to flex with a smooth feel, but a shaft that holds up when you step on it. Feels very active through the impact zone, but is definitely one of the most stable shafts in the TRPX lineup. Lower spin which suits the older Yamaha head. To summarise. Strong, lively but stable. Nice shaft.
