Bridgestone MX23 tourstage irons
G’day brother. Its is a good price to be in to something you can take out for a bit of fun. I found same, some of the older forgings can be a bit clicky, but at 150 who cares mate. Enjoy!

IS ANYONE RUNNING THIS FORUM
Give Chris your proposal man....If he likes it we will see you first review soon enough 😅.... This is what TSG did and were very successful at it, but have now moved away from the core value of why this site/business was formed.....To bring JDM product to the masses.... I would say you are correct, there is a huge untapped market still today..... TSG has opened up the box then walled away from it. Leaving a huge gap in the market for someone to exploit all that initial hard work!

Not sure I would go that far lol. That’s like saying Chrysler is as good as Toyota/Lexus because of the Technology inclusion these days. Like Swiss watches are on par with Waltham due to Waltham's Ahead of the curve slogan…. Some manufacturing processes in certain parts of the world will just never be surpassed long term. Fortunately for all of us JDM fans, Japan is known for its quality steel & composites manufacturing! Which is, last time I checked, the main materials in golf club manufacturing. Although the US gear has come along way, I would say it’s just come back from a long way behind to a reasonable position to justify its mass product high pricing. US products are nice and Shiny while new, boast certain materials and processing, but the quality of the base material and manufacturing process differ quite a bit. Just look at a Shimada shaft over any US steel. Or a Japanese high modulus hand rolled carbon graphite shaft. Then there’s the steel and process used for irons. Then there’s the plating…etc etc etc…the list goes on. Japanese manufacturing has taken a big hit during covid which has effectively closed down some of the smaller boutique JDM manufactures. Hopefully we see a big bounce back in production once everything has settled down.

Wedges are ok. Very spinny. FW for that year is very good. Similar feel to the 4.6 rpm, which every time I use I don't want to stop. I'm probably repeating myself with the feel of the driver....The whole set really.

Interesting that they would be advertised falsely.....Who am I to disagree if you have had them in hand. I wouldn't have a clue.

Good input. Actually a good question if framed that way. But I think you are making more of a statement.…Have you had both in hand.? This means you are calling whoever made the original statement a liar? I’m fine with that if it’s a statement based on true fact. Just the same as the original review, I'm fine with that if the author has had both in hand. Trying to describe offset is difficult. Would minimal offset have been a better term? This is the problem I mentioned. There are actually full reviews on kyoei in the shop, blog and Insta. Chris is good at what he wants to promote on his various outlets as mentioned….. But, bingo…. No reviews you have critics, lots of reviews, critics just the same.... You can’t keep everyone happy all of the time. Hence this forum, to discuss and debate. Those discussions and debates should be based on questions and answers! Not statements without substance, not as you say to the eye of a picture as everyone can see. That is a bit like your offset point. Wishy washy at best….Has anyone here gamed or had both of these Irons in hand? I have no comment on them as I have owned neither. I could discuss aesthetics and materials based on the pictures and reviews. I wouldn’t mind trying kyoei at some point. They definitely look well made.

Purchase Epon. (Endo) ! Put Tario in as GM Its swapped hands a few times over the last few years. Great brand. Poor direction. TSG is similar. Great Brand. Average direction. If I had to write a report it would start with. Has potential, not lacking in ability. Easily distracted.!
