  1. Looks great IMHO. I like how they positioned all the text to make it seem more subtle. The past designs just had it like straight line text across the clubhead and that was cluttered. I would play those over the International MB001.
  2. That's very unfortunate news. One of the softest irons I have ever hit was the S Yard U101... Looks like my XV is staying put for awhile!
  3. Looks kinda cool; I think it's one of those looks will grow on your irons for me. I would keep the sheep stamping myself lol
  4. I've been using the XV 3 wood for a few months now and I find the stock Rombax shaft to be hit and miss for my swing. Overall it feels kind of dead. Very stable but doesn't seem to come alive. I will be putting a blueboard in to it this weekend so hoping that combo goes well.
  5. I'll take it :) In for a world of punishment lol.
  6. Fantastic! I can't wait to check out the products in the proshop. Been waiting for this thread since the mention in the Epon SUS316 thread :)
  7. Got some; thanks TSG!
  8. That's awesome. Now if only Miura Giken would get rid of the essay on the back of their irons...
  9. Interesting they don't say Forged by Endo...
  10. So there will be more than 500 sets then? Or like a second batch of the 500?
  11. Amazing. I can't stop the urge...
  12. Happy Lunar New Year everyone! Hit em' well!
  13. Very interested in those. Please list a price. Also what is your location?
  14. Wow that's awesome I would love to see this article! Some of you have crazy bags!
  15. Good to know thanks everyone for the help. I had no idea they were blanks with a grind and some stamping. Guess I won't be buying these lol... They go for $200+ per iron head here in Canada...lumped close to Miura pricing but I guess they don't command that.
  16. Thanks for the info this helps a lot! Also I appreciate the offer for the Srixon's but since this is a second set for me I would like to get some kind of CB this time around.
  17. I didn't take any pics in person but they are on this website: http://www.spolandgolf.com/pcategory/iron-head/ I am looking at the 209J; its like a muscle cavity.
  18. These are very cool! Would love to see more.
  19. It's a demo set 4-PW and I can get them shafted and gripped for $1000 so I believe it's not expensive at all, considering I paid much more for my Miura. This would be a second set for me so wouldn't necessarily need to go all out. If the quality is there I wouldn't mind owning a set of irons that would be considered less known/rare. Was just curious how there doesn't seem like much info on them at all. Has there been a positive reception to his product? Who does the forging? Thanks!
  20. Hi everyone, I have a chance to purchase a set of Shinagawa irons at a great price however I do not know much about them or have heard anything. I tried doing some searches but pretty much nothing comes up. I have tried hitting them before and they feel soft and very nice. I also inspected the heads as closely as I can and they appear to be very high quality forgings as well. Currently gaming Miura irons and they feel like a good second set for me. Anyone have any experience with Shinagawa or any more information? Good buy or small niche brand? Thanks!
  21. PM'd you. I would like it very much! Hard to find any info on it really except that its rare and pretty lol. If I recall correctly, it was made in a limited 300 piece run?
  22. Got mine from Tario beginning of the month and just got it back from my club fitter/builder. Changed it a little to my specs. It came in at 43.5" and D1.8 so I had it tipped to 43" and now playing at D3.3 Feels and performs AMAZING. I love it so far and couldn't be happier with my first JDM club!
