Yes I can get them for you no problem. The reason why I don't mention them on this site is because of their noodle shafts and 2 degree close faces. I do have access to custom made tour issue honma but it will cost you an arm and leg.

Takes a good 6 weeks and run about 180.00

This one gets my Vote

The 1st head has a high C.O.G setup to provide a lower flight and less spin. The 2nd head shows the average golfers desired set up providing a mid C.O.G with moderate spin. The 3rd head has a low C.O.G for a higher ball flight less roll but more carry. 1. Neutral position 2. Semi Draw position 3. Full Draw position

Here are some pics of the 7 Iron. I agree they do not have a blade top line but its on the thin side which i would consider a players Cb. Still in the bag for me and really feeling good. I agree with Jack that nothing feels better when struck well not even the MR23 Cb's. Not many Irons are forged in Himeji, Only a handful of Tour players clubs, Miura, Tour Issue Tourstage, Hiro Matsumoto, & Golds Factory and lets not forget the Ishihara foundry that Scratch uses. Himeji is a small forging town 30 miles from Kobe Japan. The GD Cb's are extremely well made and very user friendly for scratch players - 15hcp. You also have pretty much every option under the Sun for shafts and some very nice half cord color grips.

Fourteen wedges??? anyone have any experiences?
TourSpecGolfer replied to evrst31's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
The Fourteen Wedges are indeed made very very well as are all Fourteen clubs. The normal bounce version has a sharper leading edge with 14* bounce on the 58* and 8* on the 53*. The low bounce is great for sweepers swingers due to the extra camber and low bounce. The 58* has 8 degree's of bounce. -
If its an early morning round I eat nothing, don't brush my teeth or hair throw on my clothes a cap and don't look in the mirror on the way out. I shoot my best scores this way. If its a twilight or late morning round I never hit more than 10 putts on the practice green. It is then and there I decide if its gonna be the anser putter or neo mallet. I never stretch or hit balls before a round. On certain Japanese course's I will leave the driver in the trunk because it will get me into trouble more often than help.

Yeah it was running faster until I decided to slap that heavy chat block on the main page...lol Nah, but really guys let me know if you like it there or not :-D

To tip or not to tip - NV75S & Spectrum head
TourSpecGolfer replied to ericm007's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Play it un tipped first then if you find it going too high or hooks and pulls pull it low heat and have it tipped. I think thats the best way and you will also learn a little about your swing, torque and tipping. -
Nippon Shafts are the best made steel shafts in the industry. They are meant to be installed most often with lead plugs to match the shaft weight and head weight balance. Some of you might remember last month i sold 4 sets of limited edition MR-23's and XCB's with the Nippon Maruyama M266V shafts. He had these made for him after his neck and back problems occurred and after his pain went away has decided to stick with them over the X100's he was playing previously. It is my opinion that because of Maruyama's particular tastes and success Nippon steel decided to mass release a softer version of the reverse weight flow shaft. M=Maru 266= Score at Greensboro V=Victory They are gone sold before they even hit the shelves, perhaps before the stores even heard about them and a bunch of TSG sleepers have them and wont even post pics :yuk: Maruyama is also changing the shafts in his woods also to softer shafts. I wouldn't doubt a new MR23 Cb coming with rumors in Fall. :surprize:

Feedback Mp-14's Miura CB201 and gauge designs
TourSpecGolfer replied to peebee's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
I have owned both, the CB1005 aka CB201 in the U.S, it was blueprinted with PX 5.5s, my current set is the GD 3-PW w/ PX 6.0 Shafts. I liked the look of the miuras very compact but for a CB it wasn't very forgiving reminding me of the TM Rac Cb's. The Gd's on the other hand have a thicker top line and the progression is very intelligent with the long irons resembling almost a driving Iron. I like the Gauge Irons because the lofts are jacked up, I am a short knocker as it is and can use all the help on the tee box, now when friends ask " what cha hitting " I'm on par with the other long hitters in my group. I have found a new love the older Japan only Mizuno S-30 power blades. I noticed women and men JPGA pros still playing them so I decided to pick up a very beat up set because new they are almost 2k. I have only hit the 4, 5, & 6 but am very impressed so far. I may have to switch the Gd's out of the bag and have the S-30's refinished. Nothing beats the feel of a Gauge 3 Iron hit pure so soft and long I highly suggest them over the Miuras. -

Here are new pics of the TSG Summer contest MVM 1st place prize. Mizuno TN-87s re finished with Heavy Copper, Nickel, and topped off with brushed Nickel to give it that fine look. These have never been hit since after the refinish. Good Luck to ALL!

Can someone tell me why my ad kept on being deleted?
TourSpecGolfer replied to br61's topic in Buy, Sell, & Trade
Yes guys, sorry but this all has to do with the upgrade I just completed. I am very happy and excited that TSG is now on a fully functional platform. This is day 1 of a new beginning that opens many many doors in regards to Information Technology!!! Sorry for the problems but it will be all worth it in not long from now. -
Hello Everyone! TSG is putting itself back together, but many good things have just happened. the site should be running much faster, a ton of little bugs have been corrected. The Image gallery was a big part of the problem and as you can see it is now gone. We will have a new gallery in the members section running off HTML so things will run smooth. I wish I could add it to this site but I cant because the PHP Nuke system this site is on will not accommodate the HTML gallery. Let me know if you find any bugs, or have log in problems, from my end things are starting to shape up again and run smooth. Lots in the works!

Sounds good, but you could have advised us beforehand that all info yesterday would be lost. Some of us took time to make long posts and it's now gone... Didier Sorry, Lots of mine were deleted also and I was posting all day, like the MVM prize pics, several BST adds etc. I wasn't told until this morning when I woke up.

Sorry Guys, It was a weeks work but its finally done, some errors should be fixed and their should be small new glitches. All info from yesterday was lost as planned, I'm glad yesterday was slow. Prior to this we were running 5.3 which is 5 versions old, this was all done to make way for the members area which will take advantage of new style programs. Had to be done but the site should also be 10% faster now. Every week we will be making changes, Good Changes!

I just got me the Tracy 2 model, cant wait for it to arrive, Ive hit them before but only until recently found myself curious about what grooves on the face would do.

TOUR ISSUE?? as in Japan forged. What Tour serial #s do they have so I can verify its authenticity. The tour issues are very different than the Tour Van made clubs by Tourstage. Let me know the serial #s, If I verify they are really tour and you are honest I will take them all.

TM R.A.C Driving Irons...PICS!!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
The ones in the B/S/T I have can ship the day of payment but I can get all others withing a few days of the order. The normal version comes in 17, 19 & 21* With NS pro S or R, and MAS2 graphite in S or R. You should be able to get some other reviews in a week or two. People should be getting theirs this weekend from the pre-sale. As of yesterday I play Driver, 3 wood, 2U & 3U, the 5 & 7 woods lost their place in the bag. I can hit the 2U almost as far as my 3 wood. I'm playing the TP spec. -

TM R.A.C Driving Irons...PICS!!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
OK, Just got back from the range and I can confirm these are the real deal, I'm not a big fan of TM but the R7TP & the new R.A.C Utility Irons have made me re-evaluate that notion. If Tourstage X-Blade Air Muscle is a 5 then these are a 10! At the range today i was able to crank the TM Driving Irons a Mile, they are stupid easy to hit compared to the Mizuno Hi Fli 2, and any Fourteen or SYB driving Iron. These are solid and because of the performance the TP 2U and 3U are for sure in the bag  Knocked my Gauge Designs 3 Iron flat out cold. The TP is satin finish and the normal version is Chrome. The normal version is super easy to hit. I highly suggest the normal spec unless your a cool factor type guy. Here are is the Normal Spec...Dumb Easy to Hit!! If you want one drop me a PM! -
The new Taylormade R.A.C TP and CGB Driving Irons were just released July 1st. I got several in stock and decided to open one of each, the TP U2 w/S300 and CGB U2 w/MAS2 Stiff both look very good but the TP looks extremely good. They both have completely different profiles at address and from most angles. The top line on the TP is thinner and the back cavity is less evident. I played 14 holes yesterday before it got dark and decided to keep the TP U2 in the bag in place of my 7 wood for now. It treated me very well, compared to the CGB spec it had a lower trajectory yet went about the same distance. Perhaps the CGB is better for my game but the TP spec has the cool factor going for it. Is it better than the X-Blade Air Muscle? Yes by far and much easier to hit but its not as clean looking in my opinion, It feels pretty good at impact, nothing soft like an MR23 Cb 2 Iron but forgiveness and control was not a prob. I was working a small draw with the TP but when a fade was necessary it could be done no problem. Its as long as my FUT U3 but not as forgiving. The CGB spec is what I would suggest for those not looking for cool factor because its just so darn easy to get into the air. 12 of you will be very happy, very soon because your TM Driving Irons shipped yesterday 2-4 day EMS. When you get them please post a review my swing has been sketchy in recent days so I don't really know if this club is as good as I think it is. Could have been my swing yesterday :o I will post pics of mine in a couple hours.
