Owning 2 putters ?
I'm an anser putter freak yet sometimes get into a phase where i cant make a putt. I have found owning two putters one neo mallet and one anser style to help me a lot when my stroke is lame or for whatever reason putts are not dropping. You have probably seen my pink piggy anser putter and I also have a retail gauge Eldik. I play one till it goes stale then i switch over and so on. This has helped me big time and I suggest it to anyone who plays anser style putters. Whatever MOI you use i highly suggest it, its been a help to me to switch out every so often. Anyone have a close experience to what I have found?

My new Driver in a 3 way shootout!
OK i recently got a fourteen proto 371 driver w/GD W70 shaft and was liking it due to its forgiveness for an open face driver, not at all like a maru or pro spec. Recently I have been able to hit the the Synergy Deep and X-Drive 390 High Rally ( non pro spec ). of all three the launch angle on the Synergy deep was perfect anywhere from 11*-16* on average. The face is deep and square, its non conforming and feels much better than a fusion. On the swing analysis monitor i was getting 257yds carry with about 5-10yds roll. The X-390 was very good also scoring more roll 10 - 15yds yet at a lower launch angle and the high rally was loads more forgiving than the pro spec version. I will never play or suggest a pro spec to anyone anymore unless they swing 110+ with a right to left ball flight. I now have some serious decision making to do. Here is how I rank them: Forgiveness: 1st: X-390 high rally 2nd: Synergy DEEP 3rd: Fourteen 371 proto Distance: 1st: Synergy DEEP 2nd: Fourteen 371 proto 3rd: X-390 high rally Feel: 1st Fourteen 371 proto 2nd X-390 high rally 3rd: Synergy Deep Its very confusing because each is great for its own reason. If i wanted forgiveness i would play a launcher 460 or Tobunda 460. If its feel only I could always play a 9.5 MR-23, J340 or RX-1. Distance - the NV3 or Honma 420RF. The three drivers i most recently tested are a compromise of all three categories. I'm thinking about an R7 TP 10.5 with an open face and high kick shaft also. Anyone get their Tour R7's yet? I'm interested in trajectory Issues vs the retail model, even the 8.5 retail R7 flys to high for me.

GD w70 vs. 660 TR
Some people say Fuji's are boardy some say GDs are boardy so I think it depends on the swing style and speed. 660 for my swing was boardy and the W60 was the savior. The W70 for my swing is also great but not as good as the W60. I play my W60 tipped and my W70 un tipped. The 660 I used to play in a 510TP and was very happy with the flight just not the distance. the 569 was my savior after that. 584HK is another you should try if you like the 660 but thinks it goes a tad high. I still like the Japan Tour spec look over the new Fuji graphics. Hope this helps but I didnt give the 660 much of a chance.

Zodia - Black
Zodia has some dealers in the U.S that are way overpriced. If you need Zods just drop me a PM i will beat their price no problem. I'm not sure exactly what finish you are talking about but most Zods are Raw. I really really like the new Zodia Premium wedges grind look but the rest of the wedge just doesn't suit my game. Check out the new premium wedges grind.

My New Putter ....piggy chan
I call her piggy Chan I'm sure no one else does. At gauge they refer to the putter as buta San. Piggy Chan = pig younger girl buta San = a pig respectfully Cool thing is that its super durable because its finish is Teflon.

My New Putter ....piggy chan
No its not TSgirls its Mine :yuk: Only 10 made in tribute to Shinobu a 17 year old girl who has been kicking butt on the JPGA tour. I had a heavy 150g NS pro shaft installed because the headweight is 345g and went with a pink mid size Ion GD grip with white paint fill.

TM R7 TP coming in July!
If you dont mind high C.O.R drivers, from what I here the TP will be coming with 3 different Fuji options, and Graphite Design options with TM paint Jobs. A bunch more shafts available on this side of the pond but it will be more expensive. Im not 100% sure if they will be high C.O.R also.

Got my GD cb's irons "my review"
They are done by a forging house in Himeji, Japan. 1 man does all the hand ground edges at a MAX output of 130-150 sets a month.

Speeder 764 - anyone hit yet?
Yes thats another stout shaft. I do think the I-65 plays stiffer. Its an unreal shaft if your SS is 105+. The CP02 isnt in play that much on the J-Tour anymore. To me the I-65 stiff plays like an untipped W60 X flex. Check out the Graphite Design website for more specs and info.

Fake Club Scans...slow loading
When the Kitty hawk aircraft carrier came back to Japan the courses were flooded with hacks with what appeared to be sweet sets. I'm talking 19yr old E2's with full honma sets shooting 135+ net scores. I have hit them watched them break and watched some good players shoot decent scores. the lofts on the 3 Iron and 5 Iron in one set were the same to my eye. I can tell if they are fakes by just looking at the bag and I'm sure many of our members could also. It just looks poorly made but to the average person I'm sure they could be fooled.

Fake Club Scans...slow loading
These are Chinese Fakes. 250.00 gets you 1wd thru putter and a bag :surprize: heads fall right off the shafts after several rounds..lol In regards to the TM Grey's, they out there in HUGE numbers, I'm positive many TSG'rs have some but there is no real way to tell. They are the real thing just not perfect specs but they indeed have the markings and T#serials.

In reality the 390 is 395 the 310 is 312 and the 340 is 344cc.- PRGR TR-X 405cc Driver Proto
- PRGR TR-X 405cc Driver Proto
 This evening I cut out a really good scan of this new proto PRGR TR-X type 405cc Driver but the door bell rang and it was my delivery Sushi, after dinner I couldn't find the Scan and it drove me crazy for hours. My apartment is the size of a shoe box aka the capsule home and I still couldn't find it. So i have to go buy the same magazine in order to get it. I will post the pics tomorrow. I will also be posting some side by side comparison pics if Fake Nike's vs Real Nike's and XXIO and Honma imitations and authentic. Id like to say the new PRGR 405cc could be the one  Yeah right isn't every driver the one :tired:- Gauge JAPAN Studio Pics!
They are CNC milled but milled flat. I think this is the trend of the future, If you think about it a flat face has less variables compared to milling marks at contact.- info on TourStage J340?
Its terrible Ill buy it for 3  00.00 AAASSSAAAPPP!!!!- Tour Concept Driver 360RS
Looks very good! I'm kinda curious about a JPGA tour player using a YS shaft. Thats not so common unless it was last year. Everything on J-Tour is Tour AD series now.- What items would you like to see in the Catalog?
We already accept everything: paypal, credit cards, Online check. This is good to hide a purchase from the wife. I have had about 40 orders since release and everything is working perfect and don't forget its SSL secure.- X-Drive 390 or TR-X 370
Id take the non pro spec X390 but if its " pro spec " its too demanding. I don't like Tourstage Pro spec drivers. The non conforming are actually more expensive. The TR-X 370 is awesome extremely deep face very long great feel. I love everything about it. Its even deeper than the TP and its 30cc smaller. 9* is square but it also plays to a true 9* If Tm ever made a 9* driver it would probably play to 9.5-10 degree's. PRGR's specs are usually on the money.- Gauge JAPAN Studio Pics!
In Japan there are a ton of GD fanatics, best part is when you meet one on the course, their jaws drops when they see a foriegner playing whats known to be the best underground product available in all of Japan. The GD 14 degree three wood has been shafted and 18 holes were played yesterday with it. Here is my early take on the proto product: Feel: It reminds me of an Olimar plus in terms of feel and sound very solid feeling not a crunch like a V-Steel but more of a hollow deep pitch ting. Distance: The Distance was about 3-5yds longer than my FST 13.5 which is a cannon also, Gauge has jacked lofts on its Irons so I assumed the loft wasnt accurate with the FW. I had the loft checked and it was on the money at 14.2 degrees. I guess being accurate is a must when pros are testing them. I was very pleased with distance and shocked as this is only a 2nd generation FW for Gauge Japan. Forgiveness: The F-ST is more forgiving with heel to toe shots and easier to hit from tight lies but when the ball is in the Fairway the GD is un matched, I had a hard time hitting pop ups due to its deeper face. I hit a lot of pop ups with shallow face FWs Such as the V-steel and prefer a deep face by far. Trajectory: The trajectory was low perhaps due to my swing that day but I was very happy overall with it. The M85 I installed is know to give a low boring trajectory and after a few more rounds I will know if its a match with this head. Good club indeed, I think it has a chance in the bag indeed, IF I can find a shaft that helps it up just a tad. - info on TourStage J340?
