  1. All the GD shafts are in there already, just click to page two on shafts. Shipping rates are given when you go to check out. And im working on apparel. Every item on the top of the catalog main page list is the most recent items added.
  2. I think they are still top notch in regards to quality and craftsmanship. I do like miura but kind of think of them along the lines of Fujikura, going down hill due to poor managment and old business techniques. A good example of great business technique is Graphite Design, Aldila, and Taylormade. The design of miura clubs is a little basic for my taste, I have owned 2 sets one combo and one CB1005 straight, they both only lasted less than a month in the bag. Dont get me wrong they still have Great feel, great work and quality assurance.
  3. In regards to GD Japan blades, there is a cool new model coming out this autum that should look much better than these. The ones in the pic on golf rescue are sold out and no longer in production. Apparel is tricky, I have all the catalogs and there are tons of selection but I will need to get a professional scanner in the future to offer the good stuff and quality pics. Great idea I will get on that this week  Will do that one today! Thx Ok in regards to Hiro Honma, I have an agrement to stay out of that market until the affiliation module of the Catalog is open where Honma Japan Co. can directly sell from my site. They have also agreed to offer special lines for the people who enjoy less offset and a thin topline exclusively for TSG. Thats funny you mention a mortgage company because I have alrady made contact with a financing company that might allow me to offer low monthly payments of like 39.00 a month or so on complete sets. Thanks for your comments, I will get on a couple of them today. Keep them coming!!!
  4. Click the link for 97graphics in the Web Team block and e-mail them they are the avatar and signature specialist for TSG.
  5. What items would you like to see in the Catalog? It must be Import equipment from Japan.
  6. Click profile in the forums area and scroll to the very bottom, there you will see a browse button. Make sure the Image file isn't big and that its only 150x150 Max.
  7. I can verify this, they are back ordered big time and my back order list is already 3 as of last night. I cant have them in hand long enough to post them in the B/S/T when I do get them.
  8. To be honest I dont know, Its been a while since i have played titleist clubs.
  9. In terms of whats for sale only these two are: you have the option of NS pro = D2, D/G=D3 I have these in stock and ready to ship via EMS 2-4 days. 199.00 shipped express.
  10. Ive always had access to Mr. Matsumoto's clubs. They are available in Chrome or satin, the backs are CNC milled nice deep cavity, Japan forged steel and assembly with the high price tag you would expect.
  11. I don't know exactly what finish they are, All I know is that Toshi Endo aka Anserfreak has got some and said he will do whatever he can to help me get a set. I'm going to the fourteen headquarters hopefully next week and I will do a full report with pics and interviews to post on the main page as an article for the Magazine. I hear ya the shape looks unbeatable
  12. I looked at every possible wedge and during my research realized the Fourteen Prototypes with a name stamp are as rare as it gets. Only Pros and VIPs are able to get these and its not as simple as calling them and throwing around big numbers, It takes connections and something special to get these. I'm using all the back channels to attempt to acquire mine including a 4 hour train ride and with the help of Toshi Endo it looks like I may just be able to get a set with my name. There was a single wedge on Yahoo Japan that sold for 800.00 last month here is a pic of it: Nothing new, Nothing different its just a Fourteen Proto I will do anything to get with my name on it.
  13. My swing must be really bad then because i got lead tape all over my R7. The weight plugs only worked for the first month I owned it. even the guys on the JPGA got lead tape on their R7s with the 14g weights. :-D but ya know them Japanese they love lead tape on everything even their headcovers :surprize:
  14. By far go with the GD Irons for several reasons: 1- They are not mass produced the head weights and every spec is on T although miura is pretty close in these regards they still don't have the same person doing every head like GD. 2- Its Japanese steel made and assembled in Japan Himeji to be exact. 3- What shaft do you want and what paint fill? The GD Irons are very forgiving more than the Cb's MP-27s and the Miuras in my opinion. You will see when you hit them.
  15. Judging by the shape of the face and its deepness it could be Tour Issues only.??? :-D
  16. I had a very flat swing until about 2 rounds ago when I decided to make a huge change by learning a more upright swing plane. I was told by an instructor that If I wanna hit it 300yds I'm gonna have to ad more of an Arc and that I have pretty much maxed out distance on the helicopter plane. I have only been to the range twice after this change and I'm Slicing the ball like crazy now. It went from straight/draw/pull hook to left to right slice. I understand that I'm swinging out to in but its just with this new swing I'm having trouble using my old anti slice technique of keeping my right should back at impact.
  17. I agree these new Srixon proto Cb's look really good. Simple and clean design with great set up from the pics.
  18. Mizuno is great especially Mizuno Japan. This makes me wonder why because they are both forged in the same factory but what I have heard from club builders is the Mizuno Japan clubs are always closer to specs and much easier to install and work with over the U.S mizuno. I really like Mizuno forgings in fact i like them better than Endo forgings. nice stuff lots of class and just overall great .
  19. Sorry I have to return it by the end of June for stress testing. Today I get it shafted with a M85 to give an accurate test against the F-ST. All I did was return it to GD and they credited my acount, I made no profit at all from it. I did hit it first
  20. This is what it boils down to: Mass produced most often = less attention to detail which leads to overall lower quality. When I said high school kids let me rephrase that to kids straight out of high school. Similar to club builders in the states there are the Young Cut and paste and the retiree cut and paste that are good examples of club builders who no where near have the talent or knowledge of professional club builder that has done this as a career. When you make 4000 sets of irons in a month and each one needs to have hand ground edges thats no good because dozens of different hands are doing the work. 1 man can do about 200 sets a month alone so imagine 4000. we all know Endo is in Taiwan etc etc but only some of the goods are by bridgestone for Nike. Nike has over a dozen companies doing work for them and so does Tourstage. Endo does many different companies work and your correct that most Japanese brands are made in Taiwan or China due to labor costs. What I am trying say get here is that Japan has tight quality assurance when compared to the U.S, Yes! but If I'm gonna dump 1200- 1400.00 on a set of Irons I want it to be made by Career club maker instead of hourly employees at a huge factory trying to meet a quota. A good example is several years ago when mizuno started having clubs made in Cambodia, for the first couple of years everything was messed up weights, etc. but now that the factory employees are trained things are back up their high standards. If your looking for clubs made, forged, and assembled in Japan here are the ones I know off the top of my head: - Gauge Designs Japan - PRGR ( owned by Yokohama Tire Co.) - Hiro Honma - Hiro Matsumoto Any that I'm missing? I'm sorry but I get Thailand and Taiwan mixed up all the time, Endo is located in Thailand.
  21. Gauge Japan is in the process of testing its new GAF1 Fairway woods that are supposedly modeled from the BBD Type H and Tourstage F-ST except with a maraging face instead of one piece steel. The proto GAF1's have no Internal weight bias unlike the BBD and FST, the retail versions will have the bias. Here are some comparison pics next to the BBD. GAF1 on the right The GAF1 is in proto mode in the hands of testers and Tour Players, at the end June they will all be returned back to the manufacturer to begin analysis and testing of stress and durability issues. I like that kinda of attention to detail. I received a test sample 14* 3 wood that needs to be shafted before i give it a test on my own. I like its profile reminds me of my beloved FST. This putter belongs to a very popular 17 year old pro in the JLPGA tour, her name is Shinobu and has had several top 5 finishes in her first bunch of events. This putter is unfinished with more paint fill to be completed: These are the new available options for half cord Iron and FW grips by gauge designs to accompany their century cord grip. Pics of the retail Eldiks just assembled going to their lucky customers. Please don't ask for the Eldik there is a growing back order of over 4000 pieces at the moment and I have to twist arms to even get one piece. This is the Nano Casted retail version with a real Teflon finish. And lets not forget Hoshino Pro's GSS putter. The one in this pic is one i had in my hands until his agent tracked me down and requested I sell it back to gauge to give to Hoshino  Whats he need another for he already has the only 2 in existence :yuk:
  22. I think its funny how a 110mph swing speed is playing an XXIO, Most XXIO drivers are over 1 degree closed with whippy shafts. I have seen Tour XXIO drivers like Tommy Nakajima uses and they sit .5 closed to my eye. XXIO is the #1 brand of golf equipment in Japan even over Bridgestone. The Srixon line is for the better player in the Dunlop family. I really liked the XXIO Tour Irons they reminded me of the X-16 pro series with a thinner topline. The new XXIO FW's and Utilitys have great ratings but are very expensive. I do highly suggest the U.S release Srixon FW's too, they are cheap and perform extremely well.
  23. The Deep is 395cc. They should be there, Im not sure whats going on with them because this is the same photo hosting service ive used for ages :-D
  24. Oh yes buddy, I can get them. tommorow i will have a price and release date for you on the  version.
  25. My guess is that this one is a low trajectory full draw position
