  1. Chris, i think that's the same finish as the TP 2000's , that's what made them so collectable.
  2. Still waiting to hear how much, is Chris on vacation ???
  3. Would love to know just how long those arms and legs would be if any were going :smile1:

    ????? Joe, does this mean a 45" shaft actually weighs 540 g (12g per inch ??)
  8. Ping B60 milled from Cobalt or Pure Tungsten..... Zero Ding heavy putter!
  9. For posing for photographs or hitting the ball ??? Wondering if the Vjay floppy wrist is in edivence ?? I'll need to get some high speed shots. Anybody else got some action shots of their swing so I can compare ???

You can get 97% pure W alloy here in the UK http://www.mgsanders.co.uk/densamet_alloys.htm BTW: MG Sanders make Tank Sabots for the MoD and used to be part of Royal Ordnance Speciality Metals. I was thinking about getting a Tungsten set of R7 QUAD weights made up
  11. Thanks, I do hit the ball a long way Sam but do suffer when the timing goes all wrong. I was actually trying to narrow may stance so maybe I should go back to what I was doing  The club in the shot is a Cobra LD Team only head, it's moving so fast you can't see it :smile1: Main tee shot tends to be a slight fade, when I start to turn it right to left it goes miles. I've got a bad right elbow which I believe stops me gettting the wrist timing right through impact. I'll try and get more sequenced shots of my swing and try and get some help from you guys elnino82, I had that every time someone sees me swing since I was a kid, you'll end up in a wheelchair... taking the picture of my swing thru to completion it's the classic bad back reverse C swing, a la Seve, Fred Couples etc... add in a little bit of Zuback, John Daly backswing... it's not looking too good for later in life ! It's a shambles!
  12. Is my head too far behind the ball after impact in this shot ???
  13. Anser 2 S.S. Winner hands down is the B60 BeCu but it's not an Anser
  14. Probably that's the theory of the Mizuno design, the old guys don't crank it up as much to compress the ball fully so the club head compensates by compressing/rebounding for them. More contact time means better feels and controllability off the tee Pro Vx and the new Nikes, reading a lot that these new balls pass the old standard launch velocity tests but at higher swing speeds the balls are actually exceeding these limits, carrying further and rolling further
  15. That will be the Ian Poulter model you're talking about ?? Shocking Pink or Dayglo Orange

And here's me thinking the PX2 would be just like the PX1 without the harsh feel.
  17. Hopefully Chris can get his hands on some long before they are released so we can buy them and try them
  18. I think there's a lot of folk round here who would take a roadkill CBS41 over a new retail bag anyday :blackeye:
  19. Agreed. I can see a mad scramble to get hands on pre-release 503's forming :money:
  20. I play the 670 but I might switch to the 680's... get them Depleted Uranium ported high on the muscle to keep the ball flight down.
  21. That 503 will be going straight into my bag!
  22. Youa re joking right ?? HELP selection ?? Nobody knows what these number mean, each manufacturer will use a different system and use a different processes for generating it. Things can only get more complicated !!!
  23. Has anybody ever seen the likes of this before ??? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...7154180412&rd=1 Any idea what this is, High friction insert ??

Plus1, that was the colour scheme of the old Mizuno Domino cavity backs in the 80's a dark greyish finish with Lime green Mizuno paintfill... it was loud and funky but cool at the same time. Good old skool choice :smile1:

I'd tend to disagree, the 51 is nastier looking than the 41 and Ping bag quality is slipping big time, cheesier materials and crap workmanship. Taylor made bags are a color disaster, looks like they were designed in the 70's! Wish I'd bought two 41's now!
