Akira Rescue club
I just received the new Mizuno fli high CLK rescue, and it is the best one I have ever seen and tried. It hits so high and long it unbelievable, and the carbon crown looks great. This is definitely one to look at it, and it is going to be in my bag for a long time.

Callaway X-Tour Irons
Hey if they work, and are solid, then you stick greens by the pin all day with a club less, who cares what they look like. I going to give them a good look and try just to see. IMO

Looking for a hybrid.
It depends on what you like to look at and what makes you confident. All the above mentioned are good, but one of the best utility clubs I have seen in a long time is the new Mizuno CLK utility club. The thing is so long, and hits so high, you fall in love with it after first hit. And the club is great looking with the graphite crown. IMO good luck :mizuno:

3 wood shaft question
IMO the light shaft is way to light and then your three wood might get out of control. I found the heavier shaft is so much more accurate. I found IMO the Hk 80 has worked great for me and other people who I play with on my Mini Tours. Good luck

How many shafts ?
I honestly was a shaft ho also, and did everything I could to find what I wanted, with really o.k. results but not what I wanted. Then I bit the bullet and went to an experienced club fitter with all the new tech and cool stuff. Payed the 50 bucks he found the shaft, spin , launch angle , and the perfect ball for me. It was the best thing I ever did. We tweaked the R7 bolt to work nice for me, then found the right shaft which was a 757 1/4 inch tipped in stiff, and found the Srixon URX was the best ball for spin and launch angle. It was like a match made in heaven. I highly recommend it. I picked up 15 to 20 yards. and way more accurate. Good luck try it.
