  1. I'm still very happy with the Quadra 752 in my Crazy Protos but am bringing in MCI 70S to try in a new set of irons.
  2. So Fe is not the same as SM490A. Thought they were.. Live and learn. When does Fe fall in that spectrum feel wise to you?
  3. Selling a Gold's Factory Tuned George Spirits Mono 3 RIGHT handed putter. The Tune-Up done by GF include the following: 1. Remilling of the face to the Premium Zone Horizontal Face Mill 2. Face remilled to 3* real loft 3. Head weight increased to 356 grams via 2 tungsten face weights with G logos 4. Flange sight line refinished in matching red. 5. "GF TUNED" engraved on the bumpers 6. Lie adjusted to 71.5* This is a SUS 303 and not carbon steel putter and has a sound slot. Condition of the sole is very good and has some slight signs of having been on course. Rest of the putter is near mint if not mint. Pics are very representative. Comes with an original white George Spirits head cover that is used only for storage and has never seen the course. Selling HEAD and HEADCOVER ONLY. $690 airpost with track and paypaled. Insurance extra. Thanks for looking.
  4. Yes I remember the rac mb... Not the most forgiving. Hopefully buchi will have replacements to the mt202 this year and offer a combo option with these.
  5. Drop Kamen Rider a PM. He MAY want to part with his.
  6. Okie buddy ... :-). I think a strong acetone or paint remover may do the trick if it's a light coating. Not sure.. But if it's a plating, may be tough to unless you sand blast .. Again, not sure. Have fun.
  7. That should be good. My kitada has an original weight of 364grams but she will shed some with the cavity mill, sight line (not a normal thin line) and face mill to come. Tom will do some stuff to the sole to get it to my target weight of 356 to 360 grams. If you're thinking of sending it to slighter, shoot me a pm if you want his email.
  8. Me too toki! It'll be very different to the gf look. Bit of fun thrown in... For me anyways :-)
  9. No idea. Tom (Slighter) just forwarded these pics. He's stripped off the original black boron finish (don't know how :-) and milled out the original engraving in the cavity back as well as the kitada logo on the heel of the face. I asked Tom to leave the kitada k logo on the upper toe of the face as I want to give credit to kitada for being the originator of this putter.
  10. Shank, Not sure about temperatures, weather etc where you are at but if you can get out on course, what happens there is what really matters. LM numbers are but that, numbers. Of course, if you're still snowed out and suffering from cabin fever, I can see how this provides relief :-) I put a Messenger in my Crazy 435. Don't know what the launch angle, spin and all those numbers are… Via my highly scientific and high tech 200 degree prescription glasses, I can tell you it flies lower than with the TJ46 though.. Seems to carry less and rolls more and overall consistent distance seems at least as good and probably slightly better. That's all that matters for ME. Was I launching and spinning too high with the TJ46 or am I launching too low and can have better carry with the Messenger? Maybe, maybe not… whichever gives me better overall consistent distance on course is what matters. Just my 1 cent VAT included and of course, to each his own.
