    What's the bounce on these?
  2. Me too maybe more. I think I hit maybe about 20 balls with the driver at the range if I do hit driver to begin with. Maybe that's why driving is the worst part of my game LOL.
  3. Good to know. Thanks for the clarification.
  4. I recall reading somewhere here that his is NOT a full sheet shaft.
  5. As with everything, it takes time and some familiarity to bring out the best more consistently. That said, I don't think you;ll need that much time with the 435. Its not the most forgiving but definitely friendly enough. Just need to get the right tee height and position for your swing.
  6. Long term review... Honeymoon period is way over. Still loving the H and have Quadra 652i in them right now. PLaying nearly the best golf I have ever played. The H for me is still a fantastic iron. Just ordered the SX in 48 to bend to 46 to replace the stock PW. Not that there's anything wrong with the stock PW but you know how it is :-) ....
  7. If the blanks for these are by Kitada, these would have a very soft but solid feel!
  8. Looks nice. Are the blanks from Kitada?
  9. Bump for a great guy and head!
  10. On the SX and VX, size wise, which is smaller or are they the same size? They are both also S20C forged so both should feel the same or do the face milling on the SX give a less clicky feel (I doubt but thought I'd ask). Also, for FP, the SX has a FP of 5.1 for the 48 but I can;t find the FP info for the VX on Romaro's website. Anyone know which has less for the 48*? Thanks
  11. caddie123 has a 3W head FS in BST. PM him.
  12. From what I can decifer, mainly head weight with the v being the heaviest. Not sure I there is a difference in face material for the g model like the premia but from the microsite, does not seem like it. The g model like the premia also plays to 46.5 I think while the other 2 play to 45.25.
  13. The stock bold shaft... Is this the black shimada nw110 or nw120 shaft?
  14. Looks nice and very un-OnOff like to me. Compact and clean lines and design.
  15. I held the 50, 52, 56, 58 and 60 tonight and I can confirm any concerns over size and offset are unfounded! They are bigger than say the miura a or my DWDs but only just and the black finish masks it very well. 60 is straight neck as can be and the offset on the 50 and 52 is minimal. As for the thickness, they are much slimmer in the metal than in the pics. AND in the metal, they look a lot nicer! I unfortunately did not have time to hit the demos but will by this weekend. Only possible concern is how the finish will hold up for bunker play which is a general concern for most dark finishes. For me, the Bold is the best new offering for s-yard by a mile so far (caveat: I have yet to hit them) and if anything can transform s-yard from the "old man" brand it has been synonymous with for yonks here, it should be the bold. Well done s-yard and kobayashi.
  16. I would tend to agree with the above. Local dealer just got their shipment as well and the order list will be picking up by today.
  17. Generally very true I think.
  18. Reading all this made me decide to put my Black Widow in play again.
  19. I don't feel so bad now then lol. We measure in meters here.
  20. Big? Like the latest Epon wedge big? And offset?! In a wedge? I'll really need to see it in the metal before I even think of getting one. Both of the above are big a no-no for me.
  21. Is this yards or meters?

    Bump
  23. I don't have a dog in this but I'm surprised its taking so long to deliver. I've already seen 3 on the used market.
  24. This was my observation some time back and still is.
