  1. I am now shooting in the mid 80's but most of my strokes were coming from putts which is why I am having such great results.
  2. I have already shaved 4-6 strokes a round. Since I got this I have yet to 3 putt.
  3. Since putting is all about confidense, I would go with which ever one you feel more confident on making the putt and like you said in the other post within 12 ft. it's automatic. I find that tough to beat.
  4. After a few rounds I am ready to give a review, this is not the regular eldik this is the 370g . First I would like to thank Chris (tsg)for getting me this he runs a great forum and offers outstanding equipment. My first reaction was they should make this illegal this is like using a pool cue, it's point and putt. The feel is very good and soft and I just love the sort of muted click as opposed to the crunch on my callaway tour blue. The distance control is excellent for an alignment putter. I used to use a big ben which was very good on long putts but I seemed to overshoot the shorter ones the gauge is solid on long putts and short ones are automatic. In conclusion this is the best golf investment I made, and a warning to all don't bet against anyone who has this putter within 15 ft. , you might as well concede. :money:
  5. I believe it originated from forgery's from a long time ago, though not sure how long. From there I think it evolved to golf clubs being forged. I believe it's something to that extent.
  6. Those clubs are so sweet looking, I am going to have to get around to adding them to my coming set of scratch irons I have on order. Chris how does the tp model comare to the retail rescue mid, off the deck, the rough, and from a tee??? Also which clubs do these correspond to, and is there only a 16* and 19* model.

A cb with a thin topline and minimal offset is still not the same as a "blade"

Thanks for the recent entertainment!!!!! :-)
  9. Based on what I see from my customers in japan is that they are perfectionists. They put thier pride into everything they do which is why they strive to make the best quality craftsmanship, and put mass market, low quality products aside even though it means extra $$$
  10. I have tried seveal shafts, nv , speeder....Of all the shafts I found none to be better than the dynamic gold s300. It is so consistent for me it's like a frozen rope every time. I find it has a really nice launch, and I don't find it difficult to unload. But this may not suit you, but I would give it a shot if you want consistency though it is not as long as graphite the accuracy makes up for it since it's only about 5 yds..

I believe the cg will be lower which is why there is an arch in the bnack of the club similiar to the prgr irons.
  12. In last weeks time magazine they reported that Mark Anthony (J-Lo's husband) just bought a set of $22,000 honma clubs. Does anybody know which ones?

What is the difference between the retail and tp other than the shaft?? :-D
  14. I believe the cutout lowers the cog similiar to the prgr 900 series blades.
  15. Those putters are very nice I just hate the large mallet type heads that are sort of cut out like the BG putters I find it very distracting.
  16. If you want something a little lighter try the GD I65.
  17. Those pics are breathtaking  , Who needs sight seeing when you can look at these. Will they be coming at with some more supply and how much do they cost. :money:
  18. 14 is choice #1 and 18 #2
  19. I voted 4 but 6 is also good
  20. Go tourstage , I simply just prefer the name to precept.
  21. Try toeing your left foot in(if your a righty) a bit. This will limit your hip turn, kinda anti hogan and encourage to go through a little more with your hands. Also it might help to widen your stance a bit.
  22. I am not looking to make the change for distance. My question is whether they will be too hard to get up as I am not very consistent with my iron play.
  23. My problem is that my pro shops dont have any to demo. Jeffy do you know of any shops I can go to in to demo in the New York area.
  24. I have been looking at some of the previous posts but haven't gotten sufficient info on the comparison. I am looking to have a set of scratch cb's shafted with one of these. I wanted to know how they compare to the DG s300, and if the project x will be to hard to hit. I am a stronger player but relatively new to the game (2 years).
  25. After what chris just said about the japanese asking for weight bias, r7 this leads me to believe that the weight plugs don't really affect the club's performance. What I would say is that if you have a club which is biased in any way the weight plugs can enhance the bias.
