chikara wedges
It's so rare that I agree with anything Yourpressed says I'm compelled to admit that I couldn't agree more. It's bad enough being a club maniac, but when your addiction runs to JDM (or its qualitative equivalent, e.g., Chikara), you can be sure that you've paid top dollar and that to resell will result in a significant loss. We all know that and have accepted it obviously. So, since you know you're going to lose big bucks when you buy something originally, might as well make that purchase knowing that you'll love what you bought and use it as long as it helps your game. When it stops helping, sell it, take your bath, and buy the next beautiful item you have to have. Web sites tend to hype what they have to sell, particularly if you can't get it anywhere else. That shouldn't surprise any of us and it's ok so long as it's done with honesty and integrity. The good news is that what's hyped is generally good stuff so we don't go wrong getting swept along with the tide. Enjoy the ride--it can get expensive but it's fun.

Fourteen 53* and 58* Wedge Heads Only
Great looking heads, one the Version 2, the other, Version 1. White lines on soles were from playing around with thinking about grinding them and it'll come off--just forgot. Staying with the Srixons. $80 each or $150 for both (good deal less than I paid) shipped CONUS and PayPal fees included. Mods: For what it's worth, some of the pictures don't seem to be loading correctly but I think they're all ok.

GTH's Second Ever I Took Pictures Sale
This picture sale thing is fun. I'm hearing from people I haven't talked to in a long time from far off exotic places. So.... Tour Stage 405 with Fujikura 370 shaft in R flex. 45". Great condition--light sole wear, face and crown very clean. DD2 grip. This is a favorite of the Tourstage driver crowd. $150

GTH's First Ever I Took Pictures Sale
I'm not sure I'll be able to keep shipping bagels with the irons, Rich. This is so much fun I've decided to sell another driver on TSG--I'll do another ad with new pictures. It's good to have pictures.

GTH's First Ever I Took Pictures Sale
To celebrate the first pictures I've ever taken of clubs (got an Iphone for my birthday and I'm proof that an idiot can take pictures with it--maybe not the best ones, but...) offering some items for TSGaholics that are laying around unused. Epon Technity II (Type S) irons 3-pw with DGSL S300 shafts at 38 1/4" 5 iron. Very good condition, maybe 20 rounds with no range time, 3 and 4 irons virtually unhit. Major Price Cut to $650 shipped CONUS. These are really lowball prices already so please no quibbling. These are very fair and if they don't sell, well they'll just stay in the garage until next year. (Ebay's too hard). Prices include shipping CONUS and PayPal fees. My paypal and email are the same, [email protected], so send either questions or money but guess which is preferred.

What are the worlds best wedges?
The world's best wedges are whichever ones I happen to be playing at a particular moment. I've tried them all--every great JDM or U.S. wedge in every loft, grind, shaft and color. My love for each has come, gone, and many times, come again. The best wedge is the one that looks great to you the day you have to play it. If the one that looks best to you stays the same, day in day out, then you're truly blessed (and you save a lot of money).

Black J's on Ebay
- Black J's on Ebay
Perhaps good advice given the rarity of these. My experience, however, is that trying the best JDM equipment is a very expensive exercise, with one lucky to recapture 60% of cost for the privilege of hitting a few balls and reselling here (or on Ebay for that matter).- Fourteen forged 770 vs Epon J type Iron
Dragon, you will truly be a member of this site when you realize the only possible solution to your quandry is to buy all of the clubs you've asked questions about, hit them a few times, sell off all of the ones you decide not to keep, and repeat that process annually until the end of time. Welcome.- 52/58 or 52/56/60
I've got Copper Epons with Carlton grinds in 52* and 58*, and the way they're ground enables me to play shots like I have 5 wedges in the bag. Heck, I can even hit the 52* very well on longish trap shots and open the 58* to seem like a 62*. Don't overlook grinding as a method to "add" an extra wedge to your bag.- My first round with a full JDM bag
As Forrest Gump would have said: "Wow! Only one year! And that's all I've got to say about that!"- ?s on Mizuno JPX E500 irons
Does anyone have pictures of these, especially at address?- WTB: Bridgestone/Tourstage CB's/Srixon CB's
PM sent re Srixon 505's.- Epon Copper Wedges--Custom Grinds
You're still enjoying the look and I'm still enjoying the wedges. LOL. They are truly fun to play with. Haven't found a lie or a condition that I haven't been able to figure out a play with the grinding on these and the stopping power and feel are just another part of the enjoyment. I'm Eponic--wedges, irons, driver. Good stuff--looks great and performs as good as it looks.- Yururi Jersey Wedge, What finish do you like?
first picture--shiny. Big numbers great for different look.- New PRGR IS3 501 Forged Iron w/PICS!
No argument here: from the top, front and bottom these look like a dozen other beauties--Epons, Tourstage, Mizunos, you name it. It's the cavities that these companies are using to distinguish their particular offering from another, and it's there that I think they're getting sillier and sillier with no demonstration, to me at least, that the bumps, rolls, etc. add anything to the playability of the club. Just my two cents. Nothing against PRGR. - Black J's on Ebay
