New PRGR IS3 501 Forged Iron w/PICS!
Looks like they're running out of shapes and designs to put in the cavities of these things. Hard to keep coming up with "new technology" for a forged cavity back iron but they sure keep trying. Now we're into undercuts with power bumps behind the sweet spot. Any guesses on what's next.

WTB: Zodia Irons
Guess the difference in the first two is that the first run might be more like the handmades in the Gauge/NC 1 world that you're familiar with. Don't really know--just guessing. Never seen the club in the first picture but finish sure looks like Zodia. Interesting looking, isn't it? Never got any reply regarding availability of any Zodia sets so I guess they've never sold any!!

EPON Custom Copper Iron Set
Here's some more...........Don't have face pics, but don't really show any wear to speak of. Surprisingly durable, not unlike the old Ping coppers. Can only imagine what the irons would be like. Oh, Chris, I know you and I haven't been close, but have I told you what a wonderful human being you are and how much I'd love a set just like these..................My PM box is empty, Chris............Help Me!!

EPON Custom Copper Iron Set
I can't get the system to take more than one picture so I'll try different things. These were taken at the time I got them--played with them another month (about 10 rounds) and they still look the same.

EPON Custom Copper Iron Set
I have the copper wedges. I have the J's in chrome. I've often dreamed about the full set being copper. I'm happy for you that you had the vision to have this done and that Chris has the relationships to make it happen. Absolutely beautiful set that defines the art of clubmaking. Good for you and good for TSG.

WTB: Zodia Irons
Didn't find any and I tried everywhere. I know I can get the new ones through Chris, but I really wanted the older, original Series 01 or 02. They're really nothing like the wedges from looks. Never hit any of the irons, so I don't know about performance characteristics. Sorry. But, thought they would be worth trying because the wedges, which I have played, are as good as any out there. Really wanting to try these more out of curiosity than anything else. Now, you guys, pony up--I know there are some out there!!

Tourstage Satin Look X-Wedge 2007
From the "old what it's worth department", couldn't agree more with Chris' assessment of the value of graphite shafts in wedges for close order work near the greens. In fact, I put Aldila NV Mlti 105's in my Epon X-coppers and love the benefits so much that I'm learning how to dial them in on full shots--I miss enough greens to let that fact drive the build of the club. Chris, didn't know Axiv made iron/wedge shafts. Love the driver shaft. Would you PM me some information on the iron shafts such as weights, etc. (and I suppose the price). Thanks.

WTB: Zodia Irons
Heck, I'm just looking. The Epons are sledgehammers and I love them. I found out that I'm not the father of Anna Nicole's baby, and I thought I'd find some way to cover my depression by looking for something new. I'd buy these from Chris but since I'm not going to inherit Anna Nicole's fortune, don't want to spend $325 per iron for the new ones, though they're beautiful and anyway, weirdly, I think I like the looks of the older models than the new. Robbie, of anyone, you should understand the insanity.

WTB: Zodia Irons
Older models called the Pro I and Pro II, and newer ones are referred to (I think) as various numbered series, with the newest one being the series 7. Anybody got a set they'd be interested in moving? Let me know what you've got and maybe some pictures if you've got them. Thanks.

X-Drive 405 HR
It's like my wife tells me: if these shoes look great in brown, I have to get them in black. If a 9.5* Epon is great, wouldn't a 10.5* be incredible??? Let you know. With regard to the handicap, how's a guy supposed to get a fair game around here anyway?
-
X-Drive 405 HR
Love my 9.5* conforming model with the Axiv 6064M shaft. I'm living proof that they're not just for the better player. If anyone's looking for one, suppose I might sell after I got my two Epons.

EPON 380 Technica
I have found that a very good "small" head for big headed people is the Tourstage 405. Great shape, very solid, especially when married to the Axiv shaft of your choice.

Epon Iron Classification Clarification
I have the J's and the Technica II's (like the Type S) and have owned and hit all of the Gauge irons and the Tourstages. I have never, and I repeat never, hit anything that felt as solid, smooth and powerful as the Epons, and particularly the J's. The II's don't have the same smoothness of feel, but the power is certainly there. In my opinion, the "butta" feel of some of the other Gauges, Tourstages and Mizunos isn't accompanied by the solid, powerful feel and strike that I get from the Epons. I know that this is all subjective as is any discussion of "feel"--you just got to try them and you'll know what I'm trying to say.

WTB: Epon Wedges
Ah, it's good to hear from satisfied customers!! I think I'm going to stick with the Epons for now. Appreciate the most generous offer as I know the Crews are more expensive than the price you quoted. Now, if you want to upgrade/supplement/extort your 404's with a set of 505's at a very good price, let me know

WTB: Epon Wedges
I've got some copper ones, but I'm trying to put together two bags--so, if you've got a gap and sand laying around gathering dust and you'd like to convert it into something more useful, please let me know. The NiCr's look good, in fact they all do. Shaft not that important though NS 1150's certainly a plus. Thanks.

WTB: Three Wood Shafts
Just picked up a couple of 15* heads--a TourStage and a Tour Exotics. Both in great shape, but I need shafts for them and looking for something I can hit. I've had good luck with the Axiv 6064 in a driver, but the Code 6 seemed dead to me (if that's helpful). All ideas greatly appreciated and considered. Would like the club to be standard or slightly longer. Probably talking stiff or SR and could use some help getting it up (you know what I mean). Oh, by the way, if you have an Epon 3 wood you're looking to get rid of let me know. I might be the first kid on my block to have a full epon bag as I'm only a 3 wood (and a hybrid) away. Thanks.

Wanted: Your 10.5* Epon Driver
I had one with a Code 6. Thought it was the head I didn't like, but must have been the shaft. Recently hit the Epon with the 6064L Epon in SR, and fell in love all over again. So, instead of merely changing out the shaft, I get to start all over again because I sold mine. Dang, I'm stupid. What do you have out there? How close can you come to my dream? Thanks, G

What was that? Sounds like someone's trying to get access to our computers!! If I'm wrong, pardon my suspicious nature.

Fourteen irons
Know exactly what you're talking about. Feel the same about my Epon Type J's. The "flush factor" is unsurpassed in anything I've hit. But because I know that you know what you're talking about, might just have to try a set of these them there 14's or whatever them things are called.
-
Epon Iron Classification Clarification
The J's are at least 1/2 club longer than all my other irons and I have no idea why-it's not the lofts. I've said it over and over--it's like hitting the poor little ball with a sledgehammer or driving a nail with a flush hit of a heavy hammer into fine hardwood. I've never had that feel before in anything and I can't think of anything I haven't played. All other clubs are now solidly in the garage (well, I do have a set of TS CB2's coming Monday but I'm sure they won't make the bag--bought 'em in a moment of weakness). Never thought I'd rest ole' Tommy Lehman, but he's on the bench. I'm a low handicapper, but not the best ball striker. Yet, these are plenty forgiving, great around the greens, everything you'd look to a moderate game improvement club for. If the S clubs are clicky, leave 'em alone and go with the J's. While the S's may be moderately more forgiving, can't see how you can top the feel and that's what breeds the confidence to hit good shots.

Epon Copper Wedges--Custom Grinds
Funny that you mention it, but I've got a 405 TourStage with an Axiv 6064 SR Mid Kick that I kinda like. Shaft has potential. A 10.5* Epon with the same shaft but with a Low Kick is on it's way to me for use next week. Going to give it a try. Re Chris' idea that I should have kept the head and switched shafts, just can't do that. Bad karma. Head and shaft are a unit and if you split them up, well, need I say more. Rather start all over. That's why PayPal was created. I think I'm about to go through another Japanese phase--which is a kick because the stuff is just so gorgeous.

Epon Copper Wedges--Custom Grinds
Irons and wedges firmly in the bag. The driver, unfortunately, has moved on to its new rightful owner. Strange but true, I can't find anything (and those who know me know I've tried) that is hotter for me than a retail G2 Ping with a 757 in it. Any ideas--for me it wasn't the Epon with the Code 6? Absolutely one of the best looking drivers I've ever seen and the craftsmanship is superb. But...........more yards, not for me. All suggestions welcomed and appreciated.
