  1. Got it . Thanks :) I agree would not email the buyer either , but I think maybe a email to the seller with the TSG web site url of Chris's thread might just end the auction early
  2. Okay , I see what you mean now . Only took me what 5 posts  I put that driver on my watch list to see if anybody bids. This guy selling it really has no idea that a lot of people over here already know about it and that we can get it for half the price . True a lot of golfer have no clue about that , but come on $1400 US starting bid for a driver that is not even legal in NA .
  3. Nice pic's Al . Are you really sure they are going slow . Sure looks they are going at a good clip to me.
  4. Mike replied to haribo's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Yes it did indeed . Think I'll put it on my watch list just for the hell of it . Should be interesting to see if anyone bids at all
  5. Mike replied to haribo's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Already did , edited my post . I can't believe this guy . Who does he think will spend that much for that driver . :!:

I'm surprised it took this long
  7. Yikes !!!!!! I think I'll stick with cars . Al the link you provided did not work .
  8. In a bass boat nonetheless. There's not exactly a whole lot between you and the water in those babies. That is riding by the seat of your pants! You can find some real nice bass boats around though. Some of the good old boys back in Texas had some serious stuff going in theirs. Excuse this question am not into fishing  Just how far off the water are you in a bass boat ?? If you are going to tell me it is in inches I will really pass on a ride with Al then . Unless of course he lets me drive :) Fastest I've ever gone is about 150Mph on the German autobahn when I had my Vette 8)
  9. Quad damn, Octet drool! I actually think my bag sucks now. I hate you!!!! Well if that true dd I would gladly exchange a few clubs with you  I figure you have at least 2 clubs I would take in a heart beat

Thanks for all your input guy's . Am going to check out all the site's and then make some calls , then decide what I'm going to do . Will let you know what I do and try and get some pic's up when I have the putter back . Mike
  11. 107 Mph in a boat 8O Remind me to never get in a souped up boat with you . Am too old would probably have the big one right there  I actually gave racing a lot of thought at one time . Had the form all filled out to attend racing school and the check written up . But then I looked at what the cost of what racing would be with no sponser's and decided then that there was no way I could do it . Would still love to take a car for a run on a track , since I do drive for a living .
  12. It's a totally different game. Faxon was unbelievable, the guy just did not miss putts. We're going around and I'm thinking he's not playing too bad today anyway I look at the leaderboard and he busted out a 63, 9 under. I thought Byrd had a bad day and he shot a 68. Two years ago he got to play with Micheel who was sweating keeping his card a little. Incredible ball striker and super nice guy, just couldn't make a putt to save his life. That's the real difference on tour, putting it seperates the contenders from the pretenders. Yeah they do play a differnt game then the rest of us don't they . But their putting is the thing that amases me the most .
  13. I've gotten to do some cool stuff in golf, like caddy for my boss in the Las Vegas Pro Am for a few years now and last year we made it to the weekend playing with Faxon and Byrd. However, playing the big A is every golfer's dream. I'm just having a hard time grasping how incredible it would be to walk that hallowed ground. First off if I got the chance to play the A place I would have to take a change of pants because I would probably have a mess after I got to the first tee. I wouold love to caddy like you have just to see how they play this game we call golf. Agree there Al . A change of pants would be a definate thing to bring  Or at least a depends

  15. You aren't the only one that fights a draw . But for me it doesn't happen on every shot :? And that has really got me confused . I also have never been able to hit a proper fade , only thing I can do so hit a push cut so I don't even try anymore . I figure since I play to a low single digit playing what I have I might as well stick with it and not try and change my swing again cause all it ends up doing is driving me crazy :) And I play like crap :( Mike I think we were seperated at birth. You could not describe my situation any better. I am just coming up and out of it right now but like I said after about 175 balls I think I have dug my swing out of the dirt. I don't think it helps taking swings in the yard and not wanting to take a divot but sometimes you can't help but go out and swing when you can't make it to the range. Chainsaw thanks for adding to this...I am going to cut my clubs down. It is a good thing my best friend has a brand new compound mitre saw. Save a few bucks. Well one never know's do they . I read somewher else that you are also a F1 fan correct ? I am as well . Was at the very first Canadian GP way back in the 60's . Now be nice and don't ask the question you want to . Down with Tofosi from me  Go whoever :!: :!: . I would love to go the US GP sometime. If Minardi could beat the prancing horse I would root for them. I can't stand Ferrari (mainly their team orders). I hate it JPM is leaving Williams...I think he is one of the stars of the future not Ralf. Did you see the trading paint last year where Jeff Gordon and JPM switched rides? I thought that was great...I would love to see what Tony Stewart could do in a Formula 1 car. I used to be a NASCAR fan when I was younger...partly because my grandfather owned two cars that ran the circuit in the early 60's and my family was into it but after Davey Allison got killed I lost interest. Nascar is rigged from the standpoint the manufacturers dictate finishing...my grandfather ran pontiacs and he was told that if certain Pontiac drivers from the time were still competitive he was not to finish ahead of them if he wanted to continue to recieve their support but I still love watching the Bristol race. nothing better than watching them go 125 mph in a cereal bowl but I am very happy the F1 season has begun. For me , and I hope you dan't take this the wrong way I will never set foot in the House that Tony inherited . Could have gone a couple of years ago but turned it down flat . I personally think that Tony George is the worst thing to happen to racing in NA ever . Rant over sorry. Well he is leaving Sir Franks team but he is going to a team that has been my favorite since day one McLeran . I got to meet the great Bruce McLeran just before he was killed testing there new Can Am car and that was a long time ago . I don't think that they will do much this year but I have to say that I'm sure that next year or the year after watch out as Mercedees sp? is probably sick and tired of have Shusucker win with Ferreri . I myself have never been a big Nascar fan , we don't have any race's up here so never got into them . I might watch part of the 500 in Feb and a few others. And when I did watch a race would always be hoping that #3 would win . So another reason why I don't watch much now . A racing family background how interesting , did you ever give it any thought about it yourself . Any at all ?? One of my nephews race's but is is mostly open wheel stuff around southern Ontario and Michigan . Don't know exactly what series or cars they use . He has told me but can't seem to remember what it is.
  16. I think that playing at aforementioed, unnamed site  would be the absolute coolest thing ever. I have no idea of how I would handle something like that. The most ballyhooed course I've ever played is Doral which was pretty awesome but other than 18 I didn't really know that much about the course. I'm a huge fan of the A place, I would think I'd shoot as high of a number as possible just so I could stay on the course longer. To tell you the truth Chainsaw , I would probably do the same thing . Take a score card out with me , and not use it and don't care what I would shoot . But I would make sure I had a camera with me to take lots of pic's. The only course of note I've ever palyed is the Old Course . Played it back in 93 when I lived in Germany . 4 of us hoped in a van drove up and it was a miricle we gat a great tee time . Had a blast took a caddy and played great .

  18. Great pic's as usual Chris . Thanks for posting them . I really like the look of the center shafted Eldik.
  19. Double damn , double drool 8O 8) I hope when I get my new bag together I can take some great pic's like that also . So far all the pic's I've taken have turned out quite crappy . :(
  20. na it would be way cool if I could find a ball with a maple leaf on it... anyhow... I wonder if my caddie would let me write TSG in a bunker and take a picture of it.... or maybe I could just lay my clubs in it to spell out TSG... that would be hot... I shouldn't get my hopes up though... :? Naw don't get your hopes up . But it is always good to dream of doing it pete . At least you might get the chance to play there . You would be the first person I know who has. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you pal
  21. If thats it , I think somebody at ping forgot to put the tin foil on his head to keep the aliens away  Have you seen the CRAZ-E? Makes this thing almost look good. Yup have seen the CRAZ-E ProSpec . And the guy who designed that one did for a fact forget to make a helment out of tin foil to keep the Aliens out of his brain  This new one Doc? or what ever it is called must have been designed by his younger brother or another member of his family  Gee I hope he's not a member of TSG

i know a lot of people around here are waiting to see thier work... I am telling ya... if they had a better webpage they'd get so much more business. CCC's price is right - we need more pics of the putters - can anyone post ? Yes can any one post some pic's of the work they have had done by CCC . Putters would be great as that is what I'm looking at getting done , but any pic's at all so others can see what their work is like .
  23. That would be way 8) pete . Thanks your such a nice guy :P
  24. Oh this is with the usual guys... I have yet to meet her parents. Meeting her parents should be a trip... I a Liberal Yankee I am sure they'll love that...   and playing golf with her Dad is a scary proposition, he's Mr. Country Club President... I'd be scared to take a divot on his fairways. But I'd kill a stranger to play at her grandfathers club  ... someday... someday... I can know see where you are coming from . When you do get to meet the parents don't foget to duck  As to grandpa's course if you do get to play please take me with you  Or at least hit a shot and say thats for you Mike. Also some trinkets would be a real nice thing for you to get some of us nicer gentlemen of TSG :D

i know a lot of people around here are waiting to see thier work... I am telling ya... if they had a better webpage they'd get so much more business. Have to agree with you on that one pete . Was just there and it look like it is maintained by somebody who doesn't really know what he/she is doing . More pic's of there work would definetly help in their buisness . But as it is stated when they first started 3 days was the turn around now it is 3 weeks min. So I guess they do get a lot of work .
