  2. 6mbps cable connection..... it's not the speed..... Still having problems with IE 7.0. Netscape 8.1 not as bad, but still graphics issues. Thanks, Bert-B
  3. 1680 x 1050 on Princeton 20" wide monitor. I am having problems reading the home page graphics, but not due to the resolution, the images aren't loading.... Thanks, Bert-B
  4. I had a similar experience. Great off the tee, feels a bit harder than ProV1, but no spin on the greens. Thanks, Bert-B
  5. I am using the Dual Durometer cords on my irons and the New Decade on my woods. I've had the Dual Durometer cords for about 3 months and don't notice them softening. I have the Dual Durometer (non-cord) on my backup set and I played with them last week for the first time in a couple of months and they felt far too soft! Thanks, Bert-B
  6. I just got back my Scotty Cameron Circa 62 No. 2 from Scotty's Custom Shop. I sent there after playing Bay Hill where the newly fertilized greens virtually ate the standard black oxide finish. All I can say is WOW! The attention to detail on the face milling is incredible. This really shows how Scotty takes pride in his work. It makes it worth the $140 to refinish (including authentication) as I have seen others that have been sent elsewhere and the milling is no where near as defined. The platinum finish will fill in the millwork unless it is done deeper before refinishing. Take a look at the pix attached and the link to authentication is below. http://www.scottycameron.com/authenticatio...egistry=A006271 I would seriously recommend paying the little extra to have your Scotty work done only by Scotty's Custom Shop! Thanks, Bert-B
  7. I can't believe it! I played Bay Hill today for the first time. They had just put down granular fertilizer on the greens. Before the round, I wiped down my Scotty Cameron Circa 62 with the silicon treated cloth like I always do. And, I cleaned it off after each hole and put back in the headcover. On about the 4th hole I noticed a couple of spots on the sole the size of the fertilizer granules. Sure enough, I couldn't get the fertilizer off quick enough, it ate through the black oxide finish to the metal. No matter what I did, it continued through the round with more marks. I don't know who to be more disappointed with, Bay Hill or Scotty Cameron! :tsg_smilie_sad: Thanks, Bert-B
  8. Very, very interesting! Keep us posted on this product! Thanks, Bert-B
  9. Check this out! Better than the wheel, and, you can put every possible weight combination in and it will tell you what the trajectory and direction should be!!!!! Taylor Made Japan MWT Simulation Click the gray box (it's all Japanese characters) under "WEIGHT POSITION 6" and it allows you to drag and drop weights in each position and see the results! Then, choose between the TP or standard version shafts (I believe the R7 425 Tour is the same as the standard RE*AX shaft in the US). Drag and drop the different weights and have some fun! AWESOME!!! According to the Taylor Made Blog in the US, they are supposed to release something like this on the US site soon! Thanks, Bert-B

  16. How is the V Steel 2 with the NS 950 vs. the graphite shaft (90 grams vs. 55 grams)? Is the NS 950 shaft too heavy? I currently play the YS-7+ shaft, about 75 grams, in stiff flex. Any thoughts? Thanks, Bert-B
  17. Chris: any update on the X-Blade CB II's? Have you been able to hit them yet? Thanks, Bert-B
  18. Chris, so what is this? A new sub-brand by Gauge Design? Please tell us more. Thanks, Bert-B
  19. Well I now have 1 full round and 3 range sessions with my Gauge Design MB-2's and they will be staying in the bag. I shafted them with the NS Pro 1150 Tour shafts and really like the feel. I didn't pickup that much distance vs. the DG S200's in my Tourstage X-Blade CB's, only about 3 or 4 yards. However, the trajectory is higher so the ball stops better on the greens. Also the shaft can "kick" in if you really step on it and get you some extra yardage. I will say that the Tourstage X-Blade CB's are a tough club for me to pull out of the bag. They are my favorite clubs to date, and I have had several sets in the bag over the past 2 years. The GD MB-2's look very similar from the top, with the top line actually being slightly thicker on the MB-2's, and, of course, the MB-2's have the sharp angled toe, which I like. Simply put, the GD MB-2's just feel better. Especially on mis**ts, they are a bit softer than the Tourstage's. All in all, Chris's recommendation for me was right on! Now, I have a set of excellent condition Tourstage X-Blade CB's, 4-PW, S200 shafts for sale! I will post pictures and the ad soon. Thanks! Bert-B
  20. I only have 2 range sessions and 1 nine-hole round with the MB-2's so far.... and, they are good!!!! Once I've been able to play them more I will post a review. Thanks, Bert-B
  21. Well, here it is finally! The GD MB-2's have been shafted and put in the bag! Enjoy! Thanks, Bert-B
  22. Yes, US dealers have them. Thanks, Bert-B
