FS:mint tour issued set of Miura MB 2-PW,GW,SW,LW CHEAP!
I have to agree here with VA. Another reason that concerns many would be your newness: you have some great irons for sale but you don't even take the time to introduce yourself or post some specs, or even a price. In addition, as stated above, you complain because nobody takes an interest. Dude these were your first and second posts in this forum! We don't know you from Adam (or Eve). And after some of the recent "scams" this kind of post (as great as it may sound to any iron ho) throws up some red flags for a lot of people around here. Caveat emptor is a term that applies here. Let's have some outside references and in forum vouchers. I hope you're legit because those are some nice irons you have for sale.

Shout out to my main man, Joe Kwok
Breal, This avatar along with your post kill me!! :wah: :smile2:  (of course...should you change the avatar...well.) I, too, had the pleasure of talking to Joe back when the 5001 Miura heads were going for $45 a head for a very short time. Unfortunately I missed out on the deal by a few days and I ended up buying the MR-23 US Blades (which have gone the way of the ho). Thanks, James

About Glenway Putters :)
I just received my Scotty Cameron X-Prototype No.6 from Jay at Glenway Putters. What a totally gorgeous putter! Jay answered my ad here in the BST section, offered me a great deal, and sent out the putter immediately. After 10 days I was starting to get a little worried when the package still hadn't arrived (usually it's no more than 7 days); however, sometimes Japan Customs and Japan Post slow things down causing some (eagerly awaited) shipments to take a bit longer than they should. I contacted Jay about the delay and he was very helpful providing me with the necessary info I was maybe going to need to begin a search. He even went as far as to offer me a refund until I got the putter...but I refused. Happily the putter arrived today. I highly recommend doing business with Jay at Glenway Putters. He's a stand up guy who extends his trust beyond the expected and backs up his service. I'd definitely nominate him as a TSG Certified Seller any day. Thanks Jay!! James

Any recommendations for ladies iron sets? Honma, Tourstage?
I got my girlfriend a set of TM 360 women's irons. They've got graphite shafts and look smart but not too girly. She swings them really well. Unless there's some special reason your mom has to get Honma I wouldn't spend all that cash especially when there are so many tour proven sets from Callaway, TaylorMade, and Cobra. jmho

Pelz Clinic $375, worth it?
Not to sure about that, but I would rather add another $100 and get the espn 3-Club TourĀ®. With the equipment that you getting, I think it's worthed. Any opinion guys? One-day program only $495! Tuition includes FREE Cleveland Golf Launcher driver, Gunmetal wedge, and Voodoo putter ($700 value). http://www.espngolfschools.com/three_club_tour.php Sounds like a sweet deal. Take the course and break even hoin' the clubs! LOL

How many shafts ?
Did you tip the 757 for the 3 wood ? and if so how much ? When I had it done (2 years ago) I didn't know anything about tipping. The guy who reshafted the 3 wood had also reshafted my driver. I only requested a length and a swingweight.

How many shafts ?
I tried a few shafts over the years but I consider myself lucky since putting a Fujikura 757 X in my driver back in Sept. 2002. A couple months later I decided to put another one in my 3 wood and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I couldn't be happier. The Fujikura is an investment but well worth the cost considering how much I've saved not being a shaft junkie...not that being a shaft junkie's bad or anything.

New steel shafts for irons?
Steve, Getting fitted is a smart investment that, in the long run, will probably save you a lot more than the cost of reshafting your irons. Plus the added confidence that comes with a set of fitted irons and woods should shave a few strokes here and there, too! Let us know how things turn out... :smile2: James

New steel shafts for irons?
I think this question was already answered in two other threads. Why don't you go with your colleagues advice? I imagine he's seen your swing and has offered you some good advice. We haven't seen your swing and the best I can do is recommend this or that shaft based on my experience, my swing. I understand your uncertainty, and if I felt that way, too, I'd make a trip to a club builder, even if it's a longish drive to a neighboring city, get properly fitted, and put my mind to rest.

Limited Hoshino Srixon Bags
My issue with this bag is the big red label that kills the aesthetics of the bag. Bridgestone likes to do this to their TourStage bags too. Not pretty IMO.
