Funny thing, I'm a complete Mizuno Ho+++, however whilst I like their drivers, I'm not a raving fan. The irons on the other hand..........

Chris, I don't know where you are, but it would be safe to say you're not using white golf balls when you play! The V2 looks like a winner to me. I really like the long metal hosel. This would be really easy for Joe to bend to give you your preferred face angle.

I have mainly played the 8802 bladestyle of putter. I currently have a BB2 and am happy.

Add some weight to the shaft by filling it with either sugar or sand as per a previous post. You'll be surprised at how good you putt after doing this. :tsg_smilie_cool:

Guys, there are lots and lots of driver heads from which to choose. There are even a number of categories the driver heads fall into: 1) OEMs like Taylor Made, Titleist etc 2) Tour issue OEM 3) Import like Tourstage, Srixon etc 4) Component like KZG 5) Component long drive Bang, SMT etc 6) Component long drive tour issue (yes, I really did see a tour issue bang for sale on ebay) My question is this, why did you choose the driver head you currently play? Some of the areas that could be covered are: 1) Distance 2) Accuracy 3) Feel 4) Shape 5) Cosmetics I understand shaft also has a large role to play, however shaft has been covered in previous threads. Very interested in the feedback!

Thats great to hear deman! I love Axiv shafts also. found extra carry and overall distance added to my drives. Chris, Any experience with the 6064M with Nike Ignite+ DFI 9.5* Thanks. Not in a DFI, I have had it in the ERC HOT, R7XR, W505,PRGR TR-X, Cleveland Comp and R7. For me the best results were with the TR-X and some lead tape. It had a wicked strong kick and the flight had a double launch to it :surprize: up, up, then at its peak another spin upward. Axivs are awesome shafts if you can find a flex or tipping that suits your swing properly. :surprize: Chris, this does present the question to compare the Axiv, with the Diamana Red. As always I'm sure you will be very subjective.

:cool: Guys a very honest review. As I said on another thread, for 1k the ozik would want to be hitting them over the back fence at the range dead straight! Robbie, what kick point do you have in your Axiv?

The I505's actually should be considered among the best CB's available now, the setup is less compact than the MB2's but I would say more player than the XCB1, Now when the new XCB2 comes out my best guess is it should be in the best CB bracket with these: - Gauge NC1 & MB2 - Srixon I-505 - Tourstage XCB2 ( have not hit yet ) - Royal Collection SFI Forged ( have not hit but getting killer reviews ) - Mizuno MP60's :surprize: So many clubs, so little time.

Plus 1, I think your VIQ is a great looking head, and it is also a good decision to reshaft it with a shaft suitable to your swing speed. On paying 1,000 big ones for the Ozik shaft, let me tell you the first ball that did not go over the back fence with the driver at the driving range, the shaft would be going back to the manufacturer express delivery. Stats being trotted out are impressive though :rolleyes: Time will tell if this is simply placebo!

The toes do seem a little square, or maybe the scorelines and sandblasting just take up too much of the face. Bar that they are almost identical to my Mizuno MP11s, and I have used these since 1992. Enough said!! :cool: :love:
