Thanks for the info! Any reviews on the shaft yet? Is it similar to the shaft in the X-Drive 460P?

Any news on when you folks are going to be getting the new line of Graphite Design shafts in? I'm interested in the 9003 and P9003. Have to admit i like the blue on the SL-4 and SL-5 though .

hey everyone, for those of you who have hit this club what did it sound like? i have hit the regular x-drive 460 head and that had a more metallic sound to it. was hitting this club at the range and it had a muted "thwuck" sound to it. nething off center had a slightly higher pitch to it...but everything caught it the middle was that muted "thwuck".

i play the x01r4. to me it plays soft...similar feel to the prov1x. how is the distance between the r4 and g4? i really want to try out the x01g4 ball.

hey 808 how would you compare the x-drive 460 to the hyper erc driver? btw kent...i play the x-01r4 golf ball. plays similar to the pro v1x. i was looking to try the x-01g4 since its supposed to be sofer than the x-01r4 in feel. maybe i'll be able to get a few boxes next time i go to japan =).

the tourstage x-drive gr driver face is made out of "super active titanium". its the same material they've used for the past x-drives. as for the x-drive gr...supposedly from what i've gathered reviewers in japan are calling it a "hard spec" viq driver.

hello, i was just wondering if its possible to order a japanese burner tp driver from this site? seems like the japanese burner tp head is smaller than the us burner tp head...i pulled these images from taylormade's site. japanese burner tp... us burner tp... might just be the person who took the pics...but the front to back profile seems shorter on the japanese burner. also it looks like the japanese burner tp has score lines in the middle of the club face.

how does the hyper erc compare to the erc 3? is the erc 3 made by endo too? i just picked up the erc 3 in 9.5* and was looking at picking up a hyper erc 8.5* to help bring my ball down some.

thanks for the replies guys! actually i don't plan on dropping my x-ut hybrids for woods any time soon...sooo much easier for me to control and the distance is pretty good. hmm...do you guys think the 4-wood will be at least 20 yards longer than the hybrid?

hey everyone, kind of wanted everyone's opinion on having a 4 wood in the bag. i was actually in the market for a 3 wood when i found i could get a g-field 4 wood head for a decent price. looking at the specs its a 16* head rather than a 14* head. it does play shorter than the 3 wood...so i'm assuming its easier to control. guess i'm just wondering if its worth it for me to pick up this 4 wood head...or should i just continue my search for a 3 wood. oh btw...i have a 17* hybrid at 40", steel and a 21* hybrid at 39", steel.

i was looking at that...but it only comes in a 460 head...=/ i was planning on reshafting it with a roddio w-7ba shaft. hmm...would you go with the viq deep or x-drive? cause i think they're both 430cc heads. and actually i liked the feel of the 435 but ballooned the ball with the pt-6 shaft...never bothered to reshaft it either, oops =P. i think it was either february or march issue of golf gear. i think i'm in the teens for handicap...usually shoot mid 80's. trying to get down to a single digit this year...haha. as for playing ability i never had a problem striking a golf ball and my yardage for clubs is above average.

my normal ball flight is high...so med/high to high ball flight is fine. actually i didn't consider the 460 and viq mx cause i was looking for a smaller head driver...something in the lower 400 range. umm...drivers i've played are the 907d2 9.5* (w/ axiv v-7076) and 905r 8.5* (w/ v2 75).

hey everyone, i'm currently looking for a new driver. if you had a choice between these which would you choose? 1. tourstage 2007 x-drive 410 2. tourstage 2007 x-drive 430 3. tourstage viq deep 4. tourstage x-drive 435 i saw the comparison on gocchin's website between the 410 and 430. and recently saw an article in golf gear comparing the 430 and 435 head. just thought i'd get some input from you folks at tsg.

its a 460cc head...but as for the weight of the head im not too sure. it sounds like the x-flex w-7ba shaft will be right around the stiffness i want it though .

bigben, the shaft is blind bored...untipped.

i play the 7076 in a 907d2 head. the cpm is 278 at 44.75". swingweight is d2.8. you might want to try the 7072 if you want the cpm in the 265~270 range.

sweet choices...i'm thinking about ordering the epon 13.5* 3 wood too. i think for your driver you might want to try the roddio w-8wa (85.5g/2.7tq) cause of the heavier weight or the w-7ba (79.5g/3.6tq) since you said you slice the ball. as for the x-ut, for me it goes high...this is with the stock ns pro shaft in stiff. maybe just replacing it with a matching (to your iron set) 1 or 2 iron steel shaft might help keep the trajectory down. but yea good luck with your decisions...should be an awesome set!

hey everyone, had a quick question about the roddio w-7ba shaft. does anyone know if the x-stiff flex plays the same as an axiv v-7076? just wondering cause axiv says the 7076 is an sx flex. current specs on my axiv v-7076 shaft are: -length: 44.75" -swingweight: d2.8 -cpm: 278 -head: 907d2. thanks for the help.

i love my x-ut's. i picked up the u2 19* last summer and its probably the only club that didn't change over the course of the year... . just recently though i picked up the u1 17* and u3 21*...so i dropped the 19* u2. these club are awesome...i play the u3 as a 3 iron replacement...which i can hit higher and farther. and the u1 is like a driving iron...high flight with a lot of length. couldn't be happier with these clubs...i especially like the sound though, its like a mute "tink" sound.

hey everyone, just wondering if there was a limit as to how much a club can be bent? i was thinking of picking up a tourstage x-wedge 2007 50* and having it bent to 46*. thanks, logan

hey gocchin. i have those same clubs...and i think they are fricken awesome too. im playing them with the ns pro 1150gh and the feel of the shafts and head is just smooth.

hey guys, just wondering if anyone had a review on this head rather than the epon 460 head. i wanted to try a smaller head...so the 415cc sounded right around where i wanted it. either that i was going to try an on/off 405 head. thanks
