They have not set pricing yet for the irons with custom shaft. They have however released 100 initial sets with NS Pro Prototype Shaft in X exactly as Shingo uses in his specs. They are saying custom order sets will begin April now so please bear with us as we wait for the pricing as well!

It had pretty good distance for me, I think a lot of the distance comes down to shaft as well (I play graphite). But definitely easy to hit!

No Lefty MAC putters but they can always make a custom lefty putter!

It is not actually a typo, in Japanese Athene is pronounced and written in katakana A-Teh-Ne. However Sasaya-san says if the buyer of the putter wants ATHENE, he can change it no problem.

Mizuno Yoro Craft Goodness – February 2014
gocchin replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Yoro Craft is the custom crafting division of Mizuno. They customize all Mizuno clubs for tour pros like Luke Donald and others. Their services are only available here in Japan. So the R4 as well as all other Mizuno irons are made to spec for each customer by Yoro so its not really a specific version so to speak. http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/32504-updated-oct-10th-custom-mizunos-from-yoro-craft-thread/ Need to update that thread! -
Zodia Returns to TSG - The original king of ball shredding spin...
gocchin replied to gocchin's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
While they are trying to increase production, production is still considered limited. Problem is demand is high here in Japan and Chiba-san can only grind so many wedges. These are USGA conforming grooves with sharp edges and very aggressive face milling. They are certainly not cheap, but considering each one is hand grinded by Chiba-san you are not getting a mass produced wedge. I'll post more pics soon and they should be in the pro shop this week. -

I'm pretty sure the adapter should be the same. The Gloire stock shafts are very soft but TM does offer custom builds. -

According to TM Japan the sole weight is not removable. -

It definitely has a feel like no other thanks to the carbon composite layer face. It's not steel/titanium like pretty much every other driver out there. Gloire has consistently been one of the longest drivers in Japan since its release. PLUS its easy to hit since it is Japan's premium line. -
We have a demo coming in soon, they don't release until next month but I will be sure to have a review up as I did with 2010 and 2012.

The key is the Kamui Works is custom built for each customer. So you get that face angle you want, the lie angle you want, the proper weight, you can even control the bias. As others have noted here, very soft face. very underrated driver. All around performer. I have owned the Asiri, 456, Ray and now the Air.

New 2014 Royal Collection BBD 6 Series Products
gocchin replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Similar yes but then again all the best RC FW's looked clean and simple like that, like the much older CV Pro which was amazing. -
Very forgiving.... May be the most forgivng Kamui Works yet. I still need to post more detailed pics, the crown is very interesting as it is indented. Will try and post pics and feedback in the next few days as time starts freeing up for me. (^_^)
