2 New Callaway Legacy Drivers Coming Soon!
Can anyone tell me for sure that the Legacy Tour head is USGA conforming? I assume it is since I did NOT see it on the USGA's non-conforming list but I just want to be sure.

TM driver head bending odds
OK, here's the story. I have a 10.5* TM r7 425 TP that I L-O-V-E. I hit it longer and more solidly than anything I've tried over the past several years (and I've tried a lot). The only problem is, despite TM's claim that the TP sits 1* open, my head looks (and acts) slightly closed and, although my drives are out there a long way, I find I'm missing a lot of fairways left. Now I just got off the phone with my local shop, Pete's Golf Shop in Mineola, NY, one of the best around. They tell me that if I wanted the head on my TP bent open there is only about a 30% chance that it could be done without damaging it beyond repair, either by snapping the hosel or denting the crown. These are odds I'm not willing to accept. So my question ......is there anyone out there who thinks my guy might be too conservative in his estimate? Has anyone bent a lot of TM heads with good success rates? Or do I just have to live with the head the way it is? Any thoughts GREATLY appreciated!
