jaybit
Any of the MP Series Irons can be fully customized through TSG.The standard price of the custom Mizunos were 1250.00. With the grinding option they go for 1499.00 Shipped 3-PW with all requests taken care of. This is a great deal because you can have an extremely rare set of mizunos pretty much built to your liking in any finish. I'm going with MP27's or 32's with a thicker top line, almost zero offset, and a deeper face, deeper cavity, and a slightly flatter sole not to mention a rounded leading edge. how come you want a thicker top line. If i had a choice it would definitely be as thin i could get it without affecting the performance. Just thought i ask what the reason is behind your asthetic choices. Everything else sounds good to me. Custom set of 32s with al the grinds i wanted would be sick. I feel like im on the JPGA with all the customization i can get on these mizzys. Gotta start checking between the couch cushions so i can buy another set of custom mizzys.
toshman
darren clarke used to play with mp-33s with a slightly thicker topline than retail, are you going to argue with someone of his stature with his choice of golf club asthetics, i guess what it all comes down to is personal preference and what inspires confidence
matt411
i like no offset and a thicker topline in blades also. just looks good to my eye at address.

+TourSpecGolfer
If anyone wants to order, its a small process of fax's and E-mails to make sure that we are on the same page. Will they do a custom set of MP 32s, reduced off set, square toe, satin and with Tour Concept shafts in them? Â Steve They can do all your requests except for the TC shafts. Can you get the blades with the new black nickle finish? Yes, you have a choice of the Satin, Nikel, Chrome, flat black or shinney black. alright i guess i have to ask too could they do a mp-27/32 mixed set with project x's? and also what kind of finish options do they have? and finally where do i sign up!?! +TourSpecGolfer
I think he was looking for the S-30 power blade Irons which are no longer in production.
Phillip Alexander
I was looking for the S-30 power blades. The irons also have "tour spirit" written on them. I currently play MP 11 which I have had since 1992, however I am tempted to change to the S-30 power blades. The S-30s have a slightly larger head, and of course the cavity back, which would probably help an old bloke like me. Pity they are no longer in production, as a custom grind with a satin finish would make the best set of irons. Keep up the good work on the web site. fccplayer
WOW!!!! :surprize: I promised myself (and my wife) I was going to stick with my 704 cb's atleast through the year. I also told my wife my bag was set for the year in april, and then I bought an R7 ht and a rescue mid the week before I dropped over a grand on a golf trip to hilton head. Temptation levels are so high now I can barely stand it!!! The $1,500 is no problem, its the 7 figure divorce cost I am worried about. :blackeye: I like my house just a little too much to pull the trigger right now, plus she would probably take my dog. :wah: Time to start storing away a little 'secret' cash stash.
