I suggest the XB2 for great ball strikers and single digit players. They are just a tad more forgiving than the MR-23 blades. Very little offset with a very thin top line. The long irons are kind of easy to hit for real players blade.
August 27, 200519 yr Author wow...i have been working too late lately....no need to explain...I thought XB2's were a different club than I was originally talking about....couldn't figure out the shorthand...WOW..... Thanks Chris!!!!
August 29, 200519 yr Author one other question Chris....how much bigger are they than the MR-23's?? Are they any bigger?? Also how does the feel compare to the 23's?? Thanks!!!!
August 29, 200519 yr one other question Chris....how much bigger are they than the MR-23's?? Â Are they any bigger?? Â Also how does the feel compare to the 23's?? Â Thanks!!!! They are slightly bigger than the MR-23's and a different sort of soft, the 23's have a copper underlay sort of feel while the XB2 feels soft like the normal Endo CB's of past.
September 3, 200519 yr I bought a set from "Aluinser" on this board. Got them yesterday and went through the bag hitting each club on the range today. I was very suprised at how well I hit them. I am a 14 handicap player but have always had good tempo. I don't swing really hard at it (low 90's driver swingspeed). My clubs have the special Maru shafts which are "S" flex but still are not too stiff for me. I even hit the 3 iron reasonably well. You're not going to get an automatic good shot out of these irons but man do they feel good. So much better than my x-tours. Playing my first round with them on Monday. Will post another review if I have any more different feedback. Be glad to answer any questions though.

September 4, 200519 yr The shafts are certainly unique. Check the blog on this website for more details. I really didn't notice much about the leading edge. Will post more later.
