Posted August 29, 200519 yr comment_101875 Works co. Ultimazer V-01R There is a new driver that is getting a lot of action in Japan in recent months from a new company called " Works ". Its cheaper than most Japanese drivers by a couple hundred bucks and I just recently put one into play and can describe it is a R7 430cc on steroids. Its feel is a tad more hollow yet worth looking into. I will be putting it to the test on course tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes against my ViQ 450cc

August 31, 200519 yr comment_101995 It appears that .860 is the norm for non-conforming driver ... I want more and would hope that this one is more.
August 31, 200519 yr comment_102018 too bad it doesn't come in a 8.5 loft. Any word if it is conforming? God Bless Jer
September 1, 200519 yr comment_102046 Chris, How much for the 9.5 driver? What is the COR and shaft specs, too. The site, when translated, states that the driver is 292 grams total weight. The company also has R-Dyna-X01 irons, which look very similar to TM's XR-05 irons. Can you get 3-PW (the site shows 5-PW), and what are the psecs, and price?
September 1, 200519 yr Author comment_102076 The C.O.R is high on this club and it feels like HOT. The sound is hollow reminds me of a TM, its very long and very easy to hit with its deep face. They are available in 9.5 and 10.5 lofts and its 430cc's w/ Standard Works co. Shaft its 599.00 Shipped w/ Mamiya Pro force shaft its 649.00 Shipped S-flex is D1 and X is D2
September 2, 200519 yr comment_102128 Chris, it appears there are four ports to add or remove weights just like TM. Is this correct?
