September 28, 200519 yr comment_103992 a little steep on the takeaway. beautiful none the less.
September 28, 200519 yr comment_103993 I am interested to know what the commentary says in the frames. Hard to imagine that it's criticism.
September 28, 200519 yr comment_103997 a little steep on the takeaway. Not if you ask Leadbetter :smile2:
September 28, 200519 yr comment_104016 give her some japanese import clubs and it'd be off the scale.
September 29, 200519 yr comment_104028 Beautiful swing. :fever: He should have taken 18 cuts at least instead of 9, to be more informative though.
September 29, 200519 yr comment_104055 Just show that picture to my 7-yrs old daughter, who a M. Wie fanatic fan/golfer wannabe, hoping she could learn that swing. First question come out of her mouth, "dad, can you ask mr. Tourspec to ask Michelle where she buy that cool golf outfit." I am speechless right now. :wah:
September 29, 200519 yr comment_104058 its scary that someone at that age can create that much swing speed through width, her 6'1" frame, and her flexibility is incredible. Her physical attributes are scary, she knows how to play, whether male or female, but the fact she is the latter wins a lot more attention
September 29, 200519 yr comment_104063 It perfect on so many levels... Â  Yes. I agree...perfect on MANY levels indeed. She's something else.
December 1, 200519 yr comment_108935 wrist release is far too early, casting a little. Not at all actually. some players hang on with the release untill the very end, while other release gradually. Tiger does the same thing, he releases gradually from just over half way down to the ball.
December 1, 200519 yr comment_108937 her coil is awesome, most people over extend their' arms to try to get to that position,,,pretzle-esk ,,, :tsg_smiley_laughatyou:
December 1, 200519 yr comment_108942 to me, her left toe should be pointed out a hair more, i think her back foot is real square to the target, which is fine, but if her left foot would be rotated maybe a few degrees more open towards the target, she would be able to fire over to her left side more easily. If you look at the pic of her with her wrist circled, she looks a tiny bit stuck, not the most natural position imo. I'm splitting hairs, but besides that , she does have one of the best swings in all of golf. Edited December 1, 200519 yr by freddiec
December 2, 200519 yr comment_108957 Some stuff from a couple of years ago boys. Enjoy her swing in motion. Junior Edited December 2, 200519 yr by Tigersworld
December 2, 200519 yr comment_108975 Her swing was better when she was working with Gary Gilcrist full time. Since she has moved to leadbetter I feel the swing will slowly decling as with others who have been with Leadbetters assistants and then moved to Lead fulltime when they became a little famous. Several others have fallen on this path, Ty Tryon, CHIII, David Gosset, Michael Campbell almost fell into this trap but luckly stayed with Jonathen Yarwood. I feel M Wie will eventually go back to working with Gary.
December 2, 200519 yr comment_108992 Interesting how she sets up the right hand...and where it ends, sort of hugging the club with your palm. Perhaps that allows her to extend her arms the way she does it?
December 4, 200519 yr comment_109131 Three very recent sequences that are good quality (commentary by David Leadbetter):
December 10, 200519 yr comment_110007 Lets hear it guys, Is it better than perfect or what? I'm pretty sure my swing would be close to perfect as well if I had David Ledbetter teaching me since I could first walk.....must be nice to have some cash like that.
December 11, 200519 yr comment_110091 No, kidding. One of the worlds top teachers could help anyones game. Nevermind a young phenom.
